It's of the post-rock genre, and it's purely instrumental. The way it builds into what it becomes near the later portion of the song is beyond beautiful. You cannot deny the beauty of the guitar interplay and emotive melodies on this track. Listen to the entire thing and you will be richly rewarded. http://youtu.be/j1N5xJ__ewM
Thanks Pressed Rat. As much as I enjoyed your video, I absolutely love my go to relax/decompress video. If my link doesn't work, it's Robert Miles' Children. It's ok. Sounded like the same 5 or 6 notes over and over again. Certainly better than most stuff that I've heard lately...but I'm old and grouchily when it comes to music, so who am I to judge?
Nice, sounds a bit like Mogwai. This is a nice instrumental from SRV, chilled and jazzy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x70G-NhyUPI And this is one of my favourite chilled dance tracks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bV-hSgL1R74 Btw just watched the video of this second one and it's amazing!
