To plan together secretly to commit an illegal or wrongful act or accomplish a legal purpose through illegal action. conspire (kənˈspaɪə) vb 1. to plan or agree on (a crime or harmful act) together in secret 2. (intr) to act together towards some end as if by design “We have failed to comprehend that the result of the technology that originated in the years of the arms race between the Soviet Union and the West, has resulted in using satellite technology not only for surveillance and communication systems but also to lock on to human beings, manipulating brain frequencies by directing laser beams, neural-particle beams, electro-magnetic radiation, sonar waves, radiofrequency radiation (RFR), soliton waves, torsion fields and by use of these or other energy fields which form the areas of study for astro-physics. Since the operations are characterised by secrecy, it seems inevitable that the methods that we do know about, that is, the exploitation of the ionosphere, our natural shield, are already outdated as we begin to grasp the implications of their use.” [Excerpt] http://www.globalresearch.ca/on-the...in-the-light-of-mind-invasive-technology/7123
Something I've wondered about is ... can they translate something like strychnine into DATA form, to be delivered via remote technology? Is there a way to combine elements and data computing & transmissions? The most accurate weapon delivery system there could possibly be, simply click a programmed command in a computer system. That means something *physical* is being produced by a computer, by highly advanced technology. They can print human organs so why not be able to inject a target with a deadly toxic poison via data transmission?
I would not be surprised if the means to do this existed, but I see no point when the technology exists to stop somebody's heart from a distance.
This is true. Good point. But they can also torture people with directed energy. They can put voices in people's heads, cause them to have burning sensations on their skin, shock them, make them physically ill, etc. There are people all over the world who are victims of electronic harassment, who are unwittingly being used as government guinea pigs. I have spoken with a few of these people, and I know they're not insane. What they are experiencing is very real.
It's complicated because is it human technology or alien, or a combination of both? What concerns me is the near inseparability of government / aliens and how that over-complicates the matters. Should we be concerned for the safety of government people? Are THEY in danger?
jeez Lorna, somebody's got it for you bad huh? You can't even say "very interesting" without being harassed. Sigh..
I guess so, but they are still my friends:sunny: they think it will deter me, but to the contrary, it emboldens me.
the 'sinister' side of technology, is the cultural values that determine its uses and the directions along which it evolves.
but it doesn't prevent people forming their preferences thoughtlessly. nor the statistical effects resulting from their dong so.
of course we are, but that's not the sinister side of technology, that's technology evolving according to existing demand. and the sinister side of the dominant culture generating that demand. corporate greed having usurped popular will.
a tinfoil hat will provide shielding to your brain that the mind-control waves used by the government cannot penetrate.
