I love tattoo's on the back of the neck.what is yours.and what does it mean?
I'm getting this on the middle of my shoulders, just under my neck. It's a print by my favourite artist Tracey Emin:

 

That was my first tattoo. It is (or at least is an acknowledgement of) the golden ratio. I felt it was so hard to find a tattoo design that didn't feel either cliched or too similar to someone else's. This one was to reach further back to a beauty in the universe and nature that long pre-dates any human conception of beauty, which even found its way unconsciously into works of art before mathematicians "found" and named it.

And here's a lazy copy&paste from Wikipedia:
