i know what you mean, i get anxious too. especialy when i know i might use something. goes pretty wild. some specific sounds make my stomach ache and it's not a nice feeling. but there a progressive side to every music which is really good to relax to

lucklily I can still listen to it for a while before getting freaked out, its pretty good music, I used to enjoy being high as hell, and watching from afar how the artist would control the crowd with the music, may it be make them dance or go slower so that everyone moves around.... the rave scene is pretty big here so I use to party all the time, suck that I cant anymore, but everyone once in a while I do risk listening to a set

 

I'm not a big fan of the rave scene really, I like tripping in nature with a few good folks or going to a show or even a set up house... we all treat our drugs differently I guess.

 

yea but.. idk. psy isn't that much about rave scene either. i'm going to two festivals in august. one of them in in romania and it's really in the deep forest separated from everything. kind of an underground fest. it is kinda scary too cause 60% of the european bears and 40% of the wolves live in that particular forest so there's a good chance to see them and hopefully not getting eaten.
anyways, i wanted to say that psy trance is not all about the rave scene. there are lots of "hippie" people listening to it and gathering together to just enjoy life and people and there are lots of dreadheads too if you must in fact the festival is called transylvania calling: gathering of the tribes

yeah I said rave cause I cant really describe those 3 day parties in the outdoors any other way, plus listenting to trance on the beach while tripping on acid and trakas (sorry I don teven know what they are, just what they are called in spanish) at night, is one of the best experiences Ive had, but then again I cant anymore... there was also on rexently in equinox in the piramid which is usually decent

 

I'm like Zilla.... and chances are I would like psy music. Not exactly sure what it is though.

 

oh yeah I mean to me that is a form of a rave, that's not a bad thing in my mind but it's a lot of people, you know? I always catch the flu or something after big gatherings. And I definitely enjoy electronic music though I am more on the drum&base side of the spectrum than the trance side. I just think I like different things now but a few years ago when I was tripping a lot and just listening to music rather than making my own I liked that kind of deal a lot... but I've gone in a diff direction now if you will, ya dig?

ehh there are plenty of big name guitarists who dont actually know how to read music. if they cant read music they cant actually write music. they end up reading and writing in tab which is not as good as traditional written music. Im going to college for music. i like to think i know a little bit about music.
