The Long Good Friday - Pride coming before a fall – One should never upset an organisation which “is known not to exist”. For over a minute long one can see the character desperately try to work a way out of a situation of fatality – right up to – The End

Rocky crying in this seen seemed real, emotional, painful, yet powerful.

Dr Strangelove – At the time of its 1963 release (Post Cuban missile crisis) the cold war climate was still fresh in the memory – Slim Pickens Cowboy style ending perhaps seems comical - but this was a culmination of how fragile the state of (war) play was at the time.

Barbarella – The opening striptease scene for the 1968 comic series based film. Quire risqué undertones to the movie. As a young boy my attention was drawn to the artistic way the music and film in slow motion and melodic sound captured the scene of innocence, and nothing to do with the fact that there was a flash or two of nipple (….. honest ) ;)

DR NO – The iconic coming out of the sea beach scene.
”What are you doing here?-looking for shells?”, “No, I’m just looking”:)

Such a great movie. I love Cary Grant's subtle humor. It's one step from being a comedy. His intials...ROT.

This is one of those movies I never knew existed, then I had to watch it college for a class, and it ended up being one of my favorites.

It’s a great movie, the pacing is perfect, and Patrick McGoohan who plays Dr. Paul Ruth is one of my all-time favorite actors

He was really good as Longshanks - King Edward I in Braveheart, and a the Warden in Escape from Alcatraz
