niches are usually nice before they become too popular too. not because they exclude, which before they're 'discovered' they don't, but because they're focused. before because when they get popularly noticed, their focus gets diluted by people seeing them as a bandwagon. which is still not totally un-nice, just not as nice as when they start out. niches can also be called hobbies. hobbies are nice, and mostly harmless, when they're about figuring out how to make and do things. again when they loose some of their niceness is when the start instead to become about people trying to impress each other by what they can accumulate instead. so making things, especially things that everyone else might be able to enjoy also, is its own reward.
Another boring and meaningless day as others. Its like I am waiting for my time to be over in the world. Sooner or later, everybody will taste the death. Whats the point of living long?
There must be Hospice in your area. Go volunteer to visit those with no visitors. That would be a nice thing to do. Also, make you see how precious life is.
when the time comes for me to die, i die. until it does, i am the same 12 year old imagination i have been for many lifetimes before i was born 71 years ago. there are some things, i might have liked my life to have gone differently, many opportunities many people will not believe i did not have, or if i had then and not recognize that i did, then that, but for me, i am in no hurry to be dead. even if, i cannot expect to travel many more roads in my mind, in this world, or what have you, there are many things i dreamed and wanted to see, and many did not yet exist for half my life, yet i have lived and seen them, and i would not have wished to have died to have missed them. mccarthy was the 1950s, and that was a terrible thing, but the 60s was kennidy, and the 70s was owned by the victory of imagination and love born at woodstock, and even as the 80s inflicted ragun on us, it also gave us the personal computer, and the 90s gave us the internet. each of these decades gave many other things of course, some of them good, some of them bad. if i had been rich, it would have been the same world. if i had been poorer, or more social or less, or any of these things, it would have been the same world. and how we make this world we have to live in. to throw a tantrum against life, well some people might be in a situation, but i think a lot of people just expect more from the world then how they make it. if you are curious and explore and create, and never throw that away because of what someone tells you this is not adult, well life makes no promises, but sometimes you do get to enjoy it in at leas some ways. perhaps i have never seen the worst, any more then i have seen the best. but i have seen people dissapoint themselves by what they expect. i won't tell anyone to beat themselves over the head, or their heads against walls. i have seen when opportunities are not there. it happens. there's nothing wrong with being broke or homeless or old or ill, there is only one thing that is inexcusable and unacceptable, and that is to be inconsiderate and deliberately thoughtless. and that is a choice. even if someone has shamed and embarassed themselves, they can forgive themselves when they stop doing so. no one has to keep carrying around with them this once they stop. so i don't know why anyone who is not experiencing a tyranny would be in any hurry to be dead. sometimes my heart gives me a little twinge, or my teeth, but my life hasn't ended until it does, with not being in a hurry for it to from me.
In his neck of the woods it’s fairly common to have the first snow in October, but here in Southern New England it only happens occasionally. Last time I remember was back in October of 2009 when the New England Patriots beat the Tennessee Titans 59-0 The Titans played as if they’ve never seen snow before – it was funny as all hell....lol...
