Thank you Candy darlin' - please do, all that rain and bad weather in Venice has now crossed Northern Europe and is heading this way !!!
the unknown is nicer then anything anyone tells anyone else to pretend they know about it. and that's whether it has an awareness, or many awarenesses, or even if there were nothing sapient there. the shade of trees is nice. even several of the kinds of fruit that grow on thorny brambles are nice, like blackberries and some of the others, and even the green of their leaves. miner's lettice is nice. its a little odd too, and oddness itself, is nice, a hundred times more often then not. miner's lettice is this plant that has round leaves that grow all the way surrounding their stem, that are edible. i don't know its proper name or range, but it is one of the plants with edible parts, the leaves, that are indiginous to where i grew up, the lower western slopes of the central and northern sierras in california.
