Goodmorning everyone! I recently started working as a staff member at a resort ... which turned out to be a naturist resort! If I understand correctly, they call it "clothing optional". The guests are almost all naturists and for us hostesses they put the rule "clothes only if you want". Apart from a couple of coworkers who still keep their uniforms unbuttoned with their bikinis underneath, I was the only one with the whole uniform still. I talked to the manager about it, but she says that in her opinion I too should let myself go and throw this uniform away. She grabbed the front of my blazer and opened the two buttons, saying that tomorrow I should take a step forward and also open the shirt. Local naturists say that according to their philosophy clothes are just a useless barrier that creates social differences. By my uniform, they think that now it's not even a uniform anymore, since many of my hostess colleagues are no longer using it. I don't want to look superb and haughty, but I loved the uniform provided by my company that I used in all my work in "normal places" ... it creates a stylish barrier against strangers. And now I fear that tomorrow it will fall apart ... How can I "save" it? Maybe just keeping my shirt and trousers on at least? Thanks! Samantha
Expose yourself a little at a time and before you know it you will be semi naked or totally naked and loving it Then you will say I should have done this a long time ago. Remember it’s the best feeling in the word and it’s free

OK, Here is my take on this. Be it un popular as it is. If your employer issued the uniform then it must part of their policy. The manager is on a slippery slope here. I understand there needs to be policy and protocol in place. I Hope this manager is not condoning physical contact with guest. If the rule clothing option “If you want” should be if you want. I enjoy recreational nudity but the workplace must have some protective limits.
If the company provided the uniform and it is clothing optional then stick to your guns and wear it. There might be some sort of state or government regulation that you must have some type of uniform if serving drinks or food. Wear the uniform until you are told otherwise or just start looking for a new job (not as easy as it sounds depending on location). Good luck.
