Waiting for a leader to start a revolution is the reason why most revolutions end up with the revolutionaries being just as bad as those they overthrew.

People just want somebody to follow, and once a leader has gained the trust of his followers he can fuck them over without too many people complaining.

What exactly do they classify as looking under 18? It's still stupid, who cares if someone looks under 18 as long as they are, in fact, NOT under 18. I suspect that it will translate to things like not letting small women be in porn.
