No, one of my best friends claims to have only been with five men in her lifetime, and I believe her. She isn't a prude either. We shared an off-campus apartment for a while, and I know from the sounds that came through the wall that she used to fuck the living hell out of her boyfriend every weekend. She always came out of that room looking like she had just run a marathon. They got married after graduation.

She thought my lifestyle was interesting, even though she didn't want it for herself. She liked hearing my stories, and used a lot of my ideas on her boyfriend.

I always told her, never let a guy talk you into doing anything you don't want to do. I never thought she was cut out to be like me. I liked having a calmer roommate, since I was a serious student five days a week.

A couple years earlier, I had another roommate who claimed to be a virgin, and I'm sure she waited until her wedding night. We didn't get along very well. She had too many strong opinions on how I should live my life.

I'm sure that a lot of women are not naturally promiscuous. In fact, I'm not even sure how much of it came naturally to me, and how much was learned behavior. Women actually produce a hormone during orgasm that triggers emotional bonding to their partner, but the effect isn't so strong that it can't be overcome, and the effect seems to get weaker as a girl's partner total goes up.

Men don't produce a similar hormone. I've long been of the opinion that most (but not all) young single guys would love to live the life of a male porn star, if they could. One of the main things stopping many of them is a lack of cooperative females. That's why most promiscuous young girls get treated like rock stars.

You may honestly think that you regret your wild phase, but I think it was an important part of your life, as you were experimenting and learning and deciding what kind of an adult you wanted to be. If you hadn't gone through all that, you would probably always wonder if you missed out on something important and great, and feel some regret. But you didn't miss it, and now you are content to be you. :)

How'd you get introduced to the scene? Were you in one of those sororities, or you just had friends that were already involved in the scene?

I remember reading Wilt Chamberlain claiming more than 20,000 partners. He described how he came to that number and it worked out to like 3 girls per day since he was 15. Now, I’ve fucked 3 different girls a day on occasion, but that’s a lot to sustain over an extended period of time. I don’t know how anyone could do it. It would be great to be a celebrity, if for nothing else to see the amplifying effect it would have on my sex life.

Not to say they’re lying… but when the female average is 4, I just don’t believe that’s accurate for young girls today. It makes me wonder just who they polled for that survey.

Great, lol. Now I'm going to be thinking about that little hormone (whether it's having an effect or not) every time a girl orgasms with me.

If you’re talking figuratively about just fucking a lot of girls, then yes I’d agree. But if you mean to literally be a male porn star, then I’d have to disagree. I certainly think many guys like the fantasy aspect of what being a male porn star entails, but very few would actually do it given the opportunity.

I've never heard that before, amazing if it's true.

To a certain degree you may be right but that curiosity wore off after 3 or 4 partners. What I do regret is the fact that I never took a girl's virginity so I was never anyone's first. In retrospect I probably had a few opportunities but was so socially inept around women that I didn't pick up on the signals until much later. I was fortunate that my first was a woman 3 years older than me who was experienced and was very patient with me.

It was nothing but luck. I was never in a sorority. I was randomly assigned to the "worst" women's dorm on campus, my first semester. Most of the other girls living there had known in advance about its hedonistic reputation, and requested it by name. Most of them were from larger cities, some from northeastern states. I was from a small southern town. It was serious culture shock for me, a real Alice in Wonderland experience.

I found out real quick that I needed to act like I knew a lot more than I really did, to avoid being perceived as a loser from the middle of nowhere. I spent a lot of time in the library, trying to read up on everything I claimed to already know! It's funny now, but I felt a lot of pressure for the first few weeks.

This does appear to be a fundamental difference between men and women. I have never met a female, even online, who said she would like to have 20,000 partners. I can't even contemplate taking things that far, in my wildest dreams.

No way that could be right. I also wonder how they defined a sex partner in their survey. Vaginal only? Vaginal without a condom? What about hand jobs and oral? My trusted local sources tell me that hand jobs in middle school are considered no big deal these days, but they are intimate contact that results in orgasms. It's a lot more than a kiss.

Yeah, I was thinking about the fantasy. Most people don't know about all the complications of doing porn for real.

I read about the hormone release in a reputable medical book, and it seems to match what I've seen in real life. I've seen girls get attached to losers when there seemed to be no other rational explanation for it.

Of course, nobody can feel intense attachment to 50 different people. Our heads would explode! :bomb: It has to fade over time, or with more partners.

So you would have actually benefited from a little more promiscuity! You would have gotten your virgin eventually.

    I rest my case.

I think every sexually liberated woman has a moral obligation to do at least 3 or 4 virgin guys. :) I can't imagine a better way for a young guy to learn. She's also benefiting his future partners by teaching him how a woman wants and needs to be treated.

Yes, we feel "shame" and therefore self-judge.

At age 19, I had a boyfriend that caused me see my "number" (at that time prior to him) as having been used and abused by men. He spoke as though I had nothing to do with getting a lot of sex. I let him manipulate my own opinion of my sexual activity, and not in a good way.

In my adulthood I would look back at my experiences as a desperate "search for love" and "acceptance". I interpreted my sex life as demeaning and slutty and denigrating and loose and ick. I was monogomous for 23 years, and lived a traditional wife and mother role.

With my aging and maturation, and deterioration of marital vows, I have now come full circle, and again desire multiple partners. In this phase, I've come to realize that those early years were a genuine enjoyment of sex and not some mental weakness. It's good to really see oneself accurately and not have "shame".

I’ve never even heard a guy say he aspired to reach such a number. 20,000 is a LOT of partners. I wouldn’t even believe the claim if it didn’t come from the mouth of a celebrity, and even then it still gives me some pause.

I don’t know. Virgins are pretty hard to come by this day in age, especially female virgins. Gotta catch them early. Even my first in grade school wasn’t a virgin when I was with her. By the time they reach uni their virginity is usually a thing of the past.

Edit: In fact, I don't think I've ever been with a virgin. Inexperienced girls yes, but never a real virgin. For me it's like something you hear people talk about. You know they exists, but you've never actually encountered one.

public sex, and group sex. i combined them out of laziness.

but, as many parties as i went to, i never saw 4 people having sex through an open door. or 2 people for that matter. closing the door is easy enough.

But then you have to turn on the light switch. Is there anything on earth less sexy than classroom lighting? Well, I guess there are a few things. Please don't post pics of examples!

Some of them might have wanted somebody to walk by and look in. Alcohol can make people very brave.

    Well...STOP DOING THAT! :D

I'm wary of guys who are quick to ask for statistics. Either you are experienced, or you aren't. Their reasons for asking more usually aren't good.

I guess I was closer to the opposite extreme for a while. I wasn't finding anybody special, so I decided not to worry about it. I became self-sufficient. Maybe too much. I settled into that traditional mistress role and stayed in it for years.

I think it helps to understand that many other societies, like the ancient Greeks and Romans, had vastly different moral standards from today's mainstream America. These things come and go. You just need to think about what's best for your physical and emotional health, instead of worrying about the opinions of people who don't know any more than you do.

Chuck Berry was the first American celebrity who admitted publicly (many years later) that he set out to bang as many women as possible. He set the bar high for those who followed him.

He was old enough to have suffered greatly under our pre-1964 racist laws, which included state bans on inter-racial dating and marriage, so he put a priority on fucking as many white women as he could! Now that's a fun version of racial justice!

So, my fellow sexually experienced people:

    Ok, here goes nothing!
    :sunny:

How many partners have you been with? About 64. I was actually a 22 year old virgin! I had sex with all these people between age 22 and 29! I had had oral sex with this guy Jason when I was 12, I was just horny and it seemed fun. I was branded the school ho and bullied for a year or two by the entire school. So I became little miss perfect teacher's pet. I was still disrespected so I was like fuck this shit, I'm gonna do what *I* want to do and if people don't like it they can go to hell.
Is it an estimate or did you keep track? Estimate
If it is an estimate, when did you stop counting? Around 50
Do you regret any of it? How many bad experiences did you have? Nope, I don't regret a single bit of it
Do you sometimes question your lifestyle? Never
How have you met most of your partners? Through other partners, around town, at swinger parties, a few off the Internet
What is your sexual orientation? Bi
    How old are you? 29
Are you a swinger, cuckold/hotwifer, bull, john, sex worker etc.? Are you into bukkakes, group sex or gangbangs? Former sex worker (stripper, briefly a prostitute who had about 12 Johns); swinger; Not into bukkakes, but did the group sex and gangbang things
Are you in a relationship? Of what kind? How did you meet your partner(s)? Single
If you don't have a partner, do you wish you could have one? Do you feel empty sometimes? Never feel empty, don't wish I had a partner. This might come as a surprise but I'm a loner who can't stand most people
Do you have children? No and not planning on it, as that would force me around vanillas
Are you low, middle, or upper income? Lower middle
What are you politically? Conservative on race and illegal immigration, liberal on just about everything else
What do you do to protect yourself against STDs and pregnancy? I always use condoms. I'm not on the pill as that causes weight gain and makes sex painful. I have never been pregnant and have never contracted an STD. I'm glad I waited longer as I'm old enough now to be sensible and not have a kid out of wedlock. (Although there is this hot football player who wanted me in college and I was still a virgin. I found him on facebook but now he's married with three kids. He's the one that got away).
Have you ever been at risk of violence from cruising for sex? Yeah but I enjoy that. Nothing too heavy though. Running from pimps, walking the strip, that was exciting. It beats going on the merry-go-round over and over.
What was the best sex you've ever had? In Atlantic City, bouncing on the bed, different positions, he hit the g-spot
How was the worst sex you've ever had? Got slutted out by two guys but one couldn't get it up
Can you tell when you have sex with someone less experienced? For the most part
Do you prefer less experienced people or more? More
What do you look for in a partner? In a sex partner I look for a bad boy/girl with a sexy voice, big dick/tits, who isn't obnoxious or a pest and who makes the evening go smoothly. In a love partner, you have to be basically like me (agnostic/atheist, sex-positive, smart, not whining about racism) except more successful (guy)
What kind of sex acts did you discover as you became more experienced? Eating pussy, hitting the g-spot, different hand job techniques, getting slapped in the face
How have you changed as a person since becoming sexually experienced? I've become less sensitive to the sexual double standard. I've become less emotionally needy of either boyfriends or friends
When did you realize you were different from most of your friends, family, and coworkers? lol. When I was 22. Came to reject religion, tested out different spiritual paths, dabbled in Satanism, discovered was bi, started finding myself and my new labels which I am proud of.
How important is sex to you in relation to other things in your life? I haven't gone more than 2 weeks without sex since I was 22 so I guess it's really important.
Would you die if you had to be monogamous? Yes let me be the first to say I would "die" if I had to be monogamous. Can't do it. It just seems so repressive and conformist.
What`s your favorite sex act? I actually really enjoy masturbating to girl/girl porn and exhibitionist stuff, soft core. I like it more than being with a girl! Another favorite is doggy.
Are you sexy as fuck? Lots of men seem to think so and I'm pretty confident but I think I'm still a work in progress.

There are many definitions of what different people consider to be a loss of virginity, from basic awareness of sexuality, including one's first solo masturbation session, to all out intercourse.

It is also difficult to get a genuine average age at which virginitys are lost, as those who are still virgins will rarely admit it - often taking things further by coming up with numbers of imaginary partners they've been with. I must confess, when I was a teenager, I was no different. It seemed that most of my friends were spending all their spare time getting laid so, not wanting to be the object of mockery I would describe my fantasy activities. With hindsight, of course, I realised that this is exactly what most, if not all, of the others were also doing. In reality, I didn't lose my virginity until I was 23, and that was from being molested by a nymphomaniac, old enough to be my mother, and (not counting adolescent mutual masturbation sessions) I didn't lose my Gay virginity until my mid-40s, from a date made through Adult Friend Finder.

One thing I've learned from both events (Straight & Gay), that having managed it once, subsequent activities become easier to achieve.

 What exactly does it mean to be racially conservative? Just curios.

And no offense Cherea, but some of these questions are a little “out there”. They don’t say much about ones sexual lifestyle at all. Where are the questions about 1-night stands, most number of partners at once, most number of partners in a single day, were most of your partners male or female? I could go on and on. This just seems like a probe into ones political background as it pertains to sex vs. really wanting to understand what ones sexual lifestyle is really like.

I think it important to distinguish which generation you are speaking about. Today's females seem far more aggressive and less inhibited but I was born in 1962 and I think in my generation most females, even the promiscuous ones were out of touch with their own desires and had sex so a guy would like them. There was also a strong stigma still associated with promiscuity. most girls graduated High School as virgins and the ones that weren't usually had one partner. Of course there were girls referred to as 'sluts' that buoyed the numbers somewhat.

'Hooking up' was not a concept or in the lexicon in the early 1980's (when I was in college). For most females, sex was something you did with a boyfriend. You went through a few boyfriends until someone proposed to you and then got married. I'm not saying there weren't girls out there sleeping around but it was not the norm.

Ultimately none of this matters as really there are only 2 categories; virgin until you get married or not. Whether you've slept with 2 or 200 is somewhat irrelevant ultimately but men of my age do make value judgements about a woman based on their sexual past.

The fact that my wife had sex 6 times with 4 partners in 10 years does make me feel good, in part because none of those 4 were any good (according to her) and I am the first and only person she ever enjoyed sex with. She has told me how on our first night I was so gentle as I undressed her and kissed her body that for the first time ever she did not feel self conscious about her body and how the next morning was the 1st time she wasn't repulsed or disgusted by what she had done. I know that my 1st and 2nd girlfriends really ached for me and hated being apart from me after our first night. Both of them asked me to move in within month as did my current wife. I am an intense lover, incredibly passionate and in the beginning there is no dividing line between fucking and breathing, everything is done together, eating, showering, sleeping, always holding hands, constantly kissing, constantly fucking, me always staring intently into their eyes. I know it is suffocating for some but for at least 3 women in my life were completely addicted to my presence. I remember with my first girlfriend sitting on the floor of her bedroom, her sitting straddling my hips while we listened to Beethoven's 9th Symphony. we maintained eye contact the whole time without uttering a sound. We allowed the fury and energy of the 3rd movement to pass through us and I don't know if it was her or I but soon we were both crying. If you are my woman there is no room to even think about another man, I am there every second. I was made to love one woman, aside from drinking it is the only thing I care about. I want to consume and devour my love while being consumed and devoured. I want all boundaries of self to dissolve until I am not me and she is not her but together we are one coital entity.

so quantity of partners is a meaningless concept except that the ideal is eternally only one.

I didn't say I never had any one night stands. I said I didn't have sex the first time I met someone, and that I was careful do as to avoid assholes. Of course, in the beginning of my adventures I wasn't as experienced so made some mistakes, but I learned pretty quickly what method of meeting people brought the best results for me personally.

When I met someone online, I went on at least one "date" with him to get to know him a bit. I found that telling guys upfront that I don't play at the first meeting worked very well at easing the pressure on both of us, and allowed us to relax and get to know each other. Guys who became pushy or acted entitled to sleep with me just because he took time out to come meet me never got a chance. Guys who I had a nice time with I would see again.

I liked that method because personally, I prefer having some sort of connection with the people I sleep with, whether it be a one night stand, becoming good friends, or sex friends. I had a few sex friends at a time, some lasting several years.

In the case of sex parties, the structure of parties here seems to be different from the ones in the US. Here, there's a sort of club you can go to and just hang out. There is no pressure to do anything, and you can stay all night drinking (free drinks for the ladies!) and just talk to people. I hung out at several different clubs with a good friend of mine who was a porn producer (he could get me in any club) and got to know the regulars there before doing anything. In that way, I felt comfortable with all the people I ended up sleeping with.

I did break my rule on occasion. If someone I knew introduced me to the guy, I considered that an endorsement. :) I had another good friend who was an organizer for private sex parties, and the people he introduced to our group were always really nice people. That group of people had parties on a regular basis, usually the same basic ten regulars (five couples; a few singles; always equal numbers of men and women) plus one or two others he brought in. We used to rent out a few rooms in a love hotel, and sometimes went on weekend trips to onsen (hot spring). That was really fun...LOL. If you've never been to a mixed-sex hot spring with a group of horny friends you've missed out. LOL!

I also had an occasional one night stand. I can recall a very hot Japanese Navy boy that I picked up at a club, and a few others. But with my experience, I became very good at sussing guys out. It only takes me a short time to figure out what a guy's attitude towards sex and women is. Arrogance or entitlement was a huge turnoff, and I was never so desperate for it that I'd go off with some random guy without taking a bit of time to get to know him.

As for people saying they never found love at sex parties, I didn't have that experience. I dated (for real dated) several guys I met at sex parties, and I had a two year relationship with a guy I met who would have otherwise been a one night stand.

It all depends on the guy's attitudes towards women who have a lot of sex. Some guys think, "That's not girlfriend material" and others don't give a shit, because they know you are just like them. In other words, they aren't total hypocrites. Because what kind of guy judges women in a way he won't judge himself?

LOL..actually, I slept with my current bf on our first date because it was so obvious he was a really super nice guy. Long story short, I knew he was bisexual and poly, and we talked a lot out relationships and sexual expectations for hours. He was PERFECT for me and I couldn't wait. :)

Ok, but now you're contradicting yourself (no offense). After saying you never had sex with anyone the first time you met them, you're now saying you have indeed broken your "rule" and done that on occasion. Which actually is more realistic because it's a lot harder to rack up a large number of partners if you have to pre-screen them over at least a couple meetings before you fuck them.

And for me, it's not a 1-night stand if you've had any kind of relationship before or after the hookup. That includes being introduced to them and "getting to know them" before hooking up with them at a later date.

    Yeah....

    No harm in being you.

But if you make shit up in real life, it's just as obvious as on HF, and it's just as annoying, and it makes your company just as awkward and uncomfortable.
