So, some people speculate that after the rapture occurs - the explanation that will be put forward is that people were mass abducted for some murky extraterrestrial purpose. Holograms could be employed as deception (ufos in the sky), false media reports and blatant lies perpetuated by those in power. Many conspiracy folks believe that Hollywood is a tool used to pump ideas into the public mind. I do not believe in the Rapture in a Christian sense. But you mentioned something that I do believe in. The idea of alien abduction being connected to it. In my opinion the government already knows about and works with aliens. However there will be a time when there is a invasion, visitation, whatever you want to call it. The public will believe this first contact but it is really a deception. The problem is being put forth so the solution of a one world government maybe what the Bible would call the "mark of the beast" can be offered. So maybe not actuly a one world government but something that will trick mankind. They have hidden alien life from us because first they want to control the technology. But also it would shatter the world's perception of itself. Think of how many religious people would react. It could cause wars. We already fight enough among other humans because one religious book says the other is wrong. So the general public has been deemed unworthy of the knowledge. But I think they know that is not something that can be hidden forever so they need a plan. They can't say "we know the whole time", maybe they will act as surprised as we will be. I look at the bible as a retelling of much older stories and some of them may come true just not from a man in the sky who made two people to living paradise but got mad when a snake interfered. There is truth in there if you look just like with the Rapture but it relates to ancient aliens. The "Rapture" is another word for ascending to a higher consciousnesses. What you might call heaven but can also be thought of as another dimension. Some of the aliens we are in contact with have the ability to exist as a "soul" just a energy form without the physical body you need to fully be our "reality". In some ways our physical body is very valuable without it is much harder to affect our dimension. Similar to humans they know this ability can be used for good or evil. This could account for some Christian accounts of possession. Because it is possible for a human to be controlled by one of them. Usually because of consent. It is also possible for a human to deal with a positive force. One I would liken to the "muse" you find in history. Many ancient alien believers will say important people in art and science through history have been influenced by things like this. Everyone from Da Vinci to Eienstien. These people were all given things that benefited mankind yet were far ahead of any idea of the time. Like for example Da Vinci has drawings of tanks and planes. He knew of, or invented himself depending on what you believe these things centuries before they happened. Christianity will think of these beings as being higher then themselves. But in reality they often come from species that have simply evolved to a point where they do not need physical bodies like we do. Beings like this can sometimes wish to help humans reach this place too. But the cost is living in a much different way. There can be no war or hate we would have to collectively unify. Similar to the ideas of Buddhism we would all have get to Nirvana as s species. Consider this idea being put forth to the US government in the time period shortly after World War 2 when they had just beaten a man who had made good progress in taking over the world and was now deathly afraid of the Soviet Union doing the same. There is a popular theory that Eisenhower was contacted by a species that offered "heaven" to the world but one of the conditions was we had to destroy all the weapons of war especially the nuclear ones. Eisenhower refused but another species the "grays" offered to make our weapons of war more powerful with their technology. In the cold war climate Eisenhower accepted. That type of alien is probably the most common one encountered by people who claim to be abducted or contacted by aliens. And many times they are reported to be either indifferent or hostile to humans. Part of our weapon agreement with them allows them to take humans and livestock for their own research purposes. But because we have directed our energy as a species to one of war and fear we can never go to where the first species can. So like the rapture allot of people will always be stuck on Earth.
First opinion about rapture: never going to happen. Second opinion about rapture: I really hope my first opinion is wrong. I hope god comes at takes all of his followers to heaven just like they want. All of them...from every faith. Don't worry about the crashed cars and other fall-out from a mass disappearance. any relation between any two of the things mentioned is our own fantasy. there will be a natural correction of our excessive population as a species. nothing quite as amusing as gods descending on clouds and people floating up into the air to meet them. more a matter of what we've done to our world's web of life's ability to support us. e.t. aliens are just people who live on different planets from each other, and thereby look funny to people from other planets then their own. just as we are to everyone else. nothing to do with any "rapture", nor the almost inevitable natural correction of human population excess. false messias are a favorite straw dog of fanatics and little else. sure there are always tyrants who claim the endorsement of holy writ. but religions movements do not outlive their own mortality. those which have, were not started by "false" messias at all. mohammid, baha'u'llah, krshna, buddha, lao tsu, zoraster, none are/were any more 'false' then christ or moses. sun young moon was of course b.s. along with house davidian, but those things pretty much came and went. REAL "messias" come along every thousand years, give or take a few hundred, have been doing so for the past 26,000 years, at least, do so on every sapience bearing world, and will continue to do so as long as there is sapient life in the universe. there is nothing 'false' about their doing so. just that they have a lot of would be immitators who come along every century, sometimes every decade, but really these are more of a joke, and have nothing to do with anything beyond the self serving blindness of human ego.
Thanks Well most documentation is classified. I will admit allot of this can not be proven in the traditional sense. You have to connect the dots but there is no news report. Like for example the rapid rise in technology post WW2 and Roswell. In 50 years we advanced more then the prior several centuries combined.
