^ I totally agree with this guy. I don't think metaphysics is where the answer to this particular little mind fuck is. Probably quantum physics, but where do the two come together? where does science meet superstition? Why can't I stop talking out my ass? Someone who's educated in these matters say something, because evidently I have seen "What the Bleep, Down The Rabbit Hole" 1 too many times and now I think I'm a quantum physicist of some sort.
A phenomenon like this can be described in many different ways, from many different perspectives, none of which is necessarily more accurate than another. Just as light can be modeled as particles, wave forms, or rays, neither of which is best for all situations, it depends on the application--there's no definitive answer. Not that I'm educated in this matter, but I do have a master's in engineering, and I took a metaphysics course in college. 'course I may still be talking out my ass, and yeah, I admit I'm a geek, but it's all good, right?
Thanks, man, it's pretty cool to get paid for doing what you love, y'know? I go to work in jeans and a T shirt, and I invent stuff all day without anybody hassling me. I'll never be rich, but it pays the bills.
I've thought about this... and i realised that all you can conclude is that movement is impossible by the laws of physics... but we seem to observe movement.. therefore it is a paradox.. which doesnt seem answerable.
it would be awesome to sit around and think about shit to make and then have the knowledge to make it once i got a good idea, let alone get paid for it. way to go getting a job that might just get you killed by a serial killer that likes to take peoples identities.
OK, so u said that the rabbit had percision on a molicular level...well, after he got past 1 mol. away, i guess, he'd have to touch... if that doesn't suit you then how about this: lets say (just to save time) that the rabbit started 11 mm away., then 5 mm, then 2.5 mm. so whn he was 2.5 mm away, the rabbit probably would be touching the wall. his hairs at least, which totally counts as him.
