I did a quick search and it took a while to find the story because of the number of similar occurrences in cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Dallas, where a number of mentally challenged men were gunned down by the police because they didn't follow orders - Why didn't they follow the instructions of the police? They were mentally handicapped - duh! but the Police don't give a shit.
