image way way to large. Its a friends dog. I cant get make it smaller, its a pit.. It dont get smaller..

I Like how my friends kids is just peaking behind the dog.. That Dog is very protective of them children and would never do anything to harm them. The kids LOVE that dog and show him love.. His name has slipped my mind atm..

 

My males name is Tonka. I named him that because as a puppy he would run into the kitchen and slide on the floor and run in to the glass backdoor. Hit it, gets up,shakes his head and walks off like i met to do that. So 'Tonka' tough just fit.

Yes, pit bulls are bred for loyalty and are a protective breed, but retards who get them just to look staunch, abuse them and train them to be agressive and fight should be put down, not the dog. Any dog raised in this way will turn out to be dangerous. Take toy dogs for example. Many of these smaller breeds are really agressive but because they're small people think it's cute. Fuck wits who have less common sense than their pet shouldnt own a dog, let alone a highly intelligent breed like a pitty.

Im a New Zealander, and 90% of people here are so ignorant they think there is such a thing as a dangerous breed. This label is generally given to American pit bull terriers and staffordshire terriers.
The government was even talking about banning ownership of these dogs last year after a couple kids got mauled to fuck; but seriously, cunts who want to look tough by having an agressive, out of control dog will soon find another breed that fits the bill.

If u ask me it's all about the image that the owner wishes to portray about themself, take pit bulls away and they will use dobermans or mastiffs or alsations etc.

American pit bull terrier is the only breed for me i love them to death!And i really mean that i would die for my Apbt's as i know if something attack me that they would give up their life for me. There is no other dog in the world that will all will turn and run away at some point of getting its ass kicked to where its about to die but not Apbt's they will give you their last beath trying to protect you.

Weela
Weela - Ken-L Ration's Dog Hero of the Year (1993)One day while outside watching one of the kids in her family, suddenly body slammed 11 yr old Gary that sent him flying. Lori (mom) saw the whole thing and was surprised since Weela had always played so well with the kids. Surprised , that was until she saw the big rattle snake sink it's fangs into Weela's face! Then she understood Weela had been saving Gary's life!A few years later, Weela saved the lives of 30 people, 29 Dogs, 13 horses and 1 cat. Heavy rains caused a damn to break on the Tijuana River. Weela would pull 30 to 50lbs of food across the river to feed stranded animals when it was needed during their month of being stranded on the island.


Bandog Dread
Bandog holds more canine working titles than ANY other breed. The owner's name is Diane Jessup and you can reference her book, "The Working Pit Bull." It tells you all of Dread's accomplishments. Pit Bulls are truly capable of many tasks.


Popsicle
The Number 1 United States Customs Dog is an American Pit Bull Terrier named Popsicle. How did he get that name? He was found during a drug bust in a freezer where he had been left to die after being used as a bait dog for dog fighters. Stubby
In 1917 a Pit Bull by the name of Sgt. Stubby became a war hero for saving several soldiers lives and even capturing a German Spy while in the trenches of France with the 26th Yankee Division.


Bud
The first dog to travel across America in a car was a Pit Bull ( Bud ) and did so with the first persons (Horatio Jackson and his assistant and "bicycle" mechanic Sewall Crocker) to cross America in a car (A Winton named the Vermont). Horatio later donated Bud's goggles to the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C. During the trip Bud would assist in watching for large bumps in the road and often received as much if not more attention by the press than did Jackson. After the trip was completed Bud bravely guarded the Jackson home until his death of old age.


Norton
Saved his human moms life after, she had gone into anaphylactic shock from a spider bite. Norton who they rescued from a fight ring, went to the master bedroom and kept pushing her husband until he awoke and followed Norton to his wife. I was going to get my mom a pit bull. I had a nice one someone giving me for free a BLUE one.. You know how much that dog is worth?? PLenty.. She said "no pit bull dog!!" I wanted her to have a easy dog to care for. Pits dont shed much at all..

Instead I got a another Siberian Husky : his name was "Sagan" maybe I was suppose to get this dog anyways. The man is leaving for the army and Carl Sagan is one my most favorite people to have ever lived..
