The Philippines Got A Killer New President

This guy, Rodrigo Duterte, has vowed to kill criminals at such a rate that " with so many dead bodies dumped in Manila Bay that fish there would grow fat from feeding on them."

He promises that if you open a funeral business you won't go bankrupt. "If your business slows I will tell the police, ‘Do it faster to help the people earn money".

He tells the public that they should go ahead and kill any drug addicts they know, because "getting their parents to do it would be too painful."
