I googled Unified Global Diet and found nothing. You're right, I have gotten bored with this. Currently, I live on a diet of iced coffee.
^ You are pathetic. No I'm not even calling you names or mean to insult you. I sincerely pity you. But good for you for at least being honest there. What about cooked beans? I hear a lot of good things about them (even though they do contain phytates) and feel healthy eating them myself.
There are worse things than beans. If you like them, eat them. Just make sure you cook them well enough, and soak them beforehand.
I just find it a bit of a pity when I see someone makes an effort to your thread because they thought you had an interest in the topic and then you reply that you're bored of it already. Not only because of this of course, but you seem to do these kind of things in most of your threads. That's also why I don't like to make a lot of effort in them. You really seem bored with everything after you make a thread of it. I think you can defend yourself Why do you ask that?
The iced coffee diet is an outgrowth of my rampant drug addiction that has evolved from marijuana, to hallucinogens, to alcohol, now to caffeine.... And I think it should stay there. Or maybe I should try to beat it.
An English diet is perfect as for me. It has lot's of fruit and vegetables in it and also there's bread and cheese, that I really love!
Whoever bumped this old thread, thank you. It's been an amusing ride to say the least. Amusing with a side of nutritional education, compliments of PR (cause that's his style, yo).
