The Penis Extension Sleeve?

Hi! everyone.
I have a penis with 4 inch length and 4 inch girth. I need
a penis extention sleeve. Will I be able to fit my small penis in a penis extending sleeve available out there? I am in dire need of help?

 

I tried a penis reduction sleeve, but I'm still 11 inches long.

 

No I want to extend it not reduce it.

i kind of thought penis extenders were created specifically for people with little dicks, so i can't imagine why they wouldn't fit on a little dick.
