Some people do destroy themselves. Society just reforms constantly as long as there are people.

Maybe it is human nature to destroy themselves... and also to be defiant of order. So when there is a thread title clearly stated in a post, it becomes chaotic, because it's in our nature to destroy/be off topic. However, when we're given the option to be chaotic and be destructive, maybe together we unintentionally create harmony..
