Had a guitar worked on (needed a new tone pot) and then I bought new pickups and put 'em in. It had a couple odd shorts that needed to be fixed.

Then I got a santana album, batteries, and some herbage for myself, yesterday... and I chilled with my dad.

I'm glad I didn't get hoards of worthless shit. The camera, I really appreciate, the hat and watch my dad gave me the other night.. I really appreciate that too. I love them. I'm wearing them right now.

We're opening presents in a bit, and I just see an envelope on the uh.. tree? with my name on it ahhaa... So I know what to expect from that... I really don't even care what else I get. I didn't care much before. I'm fully satisfied.

And last Christmas was fully fuckified. To the Max.

a teapot!
revlon innoscent (yes I spelled that right) stuff... nice cuz it does have a really light scent, but it doesnt' give me or my mother headaches or migraines
a really nice roasting pan with lid (stoneware, sexy stuff)
and a bottle opener (cuz I'm such a boozey)

ok, I know it sounds like weird stuff, but I did ask for/want almost all of it, and what I didn't ask for is either really really cute or really useful, hurrah!


and Santa and I went in on a few gifts taht though technically went to my mother, both of us will use, like some new glasses and a sieve. Hurrah!

3 notebooks, 4 bic atlantis pens (black ink...best pens ever), 100 CDRs, 100 jewel cases, a lap harp, a rainbow mix of sharpies, and ill be getting my 4-track tomorrow probably, hurray.

 

Harps rock. You should wire that thing up and jam.

 

I got a digi cam, some plates and cups that I asked for, these gorgeous sheets and pillowcases, some books, some clothes, two pairs of wool socks (most people hate getting them for xmas but I love wool socks so so much so yaaay ), a poncho.. hmmm.. oh yea, a set of shot glasses and this cool drinking game thing. And a board game. And a bag. And I think that's it.

 

my best friend informed me he mailed out my present. which is drumsticks!!! .. i dont have drums, but i wanted drumsticks (he's a drummer) so I can hit things and carry them around in my back pocket.


i'm not joking.

thats all i got besides the stuff i already listed. and some candy.

well and I bought myself presents. a 70's style skateboard and a grateful dead skirt. the skirt hasnt arrived yet, but let me tell you, i've been skateboarding so much the last 24 hours. (and somehow not getting in trouble for doing it inside on the wood floors..)

 

I LOVE getting socks for xmas. I got some angora wool ones last year that I've nearly worn out because they're soooo lovely and warm, yeehaw

I wanted shot glasses though. Mmmm shot glasses. I have martini glasses, but no shot glasses

 

I got some cool stuff, an mp3 player (not an Ipod ), a big backpack/duffel bag thingy for travelling and such, some books and gift cards, some clothes, new PJs , and ummm... Oh yeah, my stocking was like a wittle mini-bar, I got a ton of wittle miniature bottles of liquor. And I think some other stuff.. But those were the highlights.

 

Haha, we must be the only two people in the world who love getting socks. That's awesome though, socks rock my.. socks.

And if you want shot glasses, they're quite easy to.. errr... take home with you from bars. Not that I'd ever do such a thing. :&
