No one recruited me, I waited... nothing. But since I absolutely love to play games, I'm a free agent now, I have to play, I can't help it - it's an irresistable compulsion. Since team 2 asked I guess you can have my answer. I'm just playing for the love of figuring out the answers.

Although I gotta admit, from what I've been able to gleen, it isn't actually a clue; it is the first challenge. The opening lines and susequent posts on this thread asked no questions.

First I thought it was a word game: The first challenge is on! (meaning the phrase "the first challenge" is on a "!", so I posted a pic with that phrase sitting on a giant exclamation point. Well, that wasn't it.

There was nothing else to really go on except the phrase "the first challange isn't that hard really" Which sort of made me wonder if I should take the phrase "the first challenge" and put it into soft focus (so it 'wasn't that hard,' see), but then I decided that was silly. Or maybe put the phrase on a red background so that "the first challenge" was 'on' red. But that seemed even more stupid that the soft focus idea. The first word play was far more clever.

It wasn't until he referred us to the original team thread, that I was able to really get at the puzzle. Even now, I'm not 100% that I have it right, but I'd have to be a mind reader to get more out of what we were given to work with. None of the other posts in the original thread had other clues (I checked).

The only thing working against me is that I'm not on a team, so now I have to just try to solve the challenges for the fun of it and if I get it right first, whoever claims my answer first can have it. I don't want the points, I just want to solve the puzzles. All this divisive "Team A" vs. "Team 2" ... I love competition, but I couldnt choose a team, I didn't want to show a preference, so I just waited to see if someone would ask me to be on their team, but no one did.
