Secretary:Where have you been this morning
nyika: Well, um, I thought geography was RE this morning, and RE's cancelled today then I forgot I had private study and thought it was a free.
Secretary: Oh right, because its starting to look like you've got poor attendance. Are you coming in later?
Nyika: Um no because I have two frees and then RE's cancelled last
Secretary: Are these frees from where you would have had ICT?
Nyika:Yeah, um, I think so
Secretary: You haven't handed the form in yet, have you?
Nyika:Oh yeah, no, I forgot about that
Secretary: You'll have to get it in because its looks like you aren't in school much. Where were you last Tuesday?
Nyika: I'm sure I was in
Secretary: Your marked absent in all lessons
Nyika: No really, I was there
Secretary: And what about yesterday, your marked absent by Mrs. Scales and Mr. Hopkins
Nyika:Well I didn't have to go to media because we're doing different sditcoms and this wasn't the sitcom I'm doing so I didn't come in.
Secretary: Erm, ok then, make sure you come in tomorrow.
Nyika: oh right, bye then.
Secretary:Thanks, bye.

OOO yeah. Anyone would think I was in year 9...

 

Why on Earth are they checking up on you? Haha i can remember being about 15 and saying "look, i choose to come to school, you dont own me, bye now" and i didnt get hassled again...but youre in college arent you? And why is it still last names!? Crikey id move, thatd do my nut in

 

School sixth form, only choice I really have to do AS and A levels which doesn't involve going to another school or dragging myself off to Cambridge every morning. Thing is, I don't have to be in school any more, my compulsory eduction finished on the 20th May last year!

 

Well yeah thats was my point really...i mean its a kind of college isnt it. I went to an actual college but i imagined itd be the same kind of principle I guess theyre just used to being around young kids. My college days were awesome, pretty excited to go back to one soon

I think I have an addiction to typing hippy, hippie, festival, skirt, dress, boho into ebay. And now I think I may end up spending money even though there's a jumble sale on Friday!

 

Don't you get EMA now? Which I think is unfair and a silly way of doing it - college should be for people who actully want to be there. I loved college, was much better than university for me.

 

Yeah, I get £10 a week, but I tend to get it whatever, not that much of an incentive really.

 

I have been so lazy on my one day off!! I guess this is what working for 7 days does to me and they actually call me asking me to work today! Oh well at least I have one day off before I am back in for another week.

 

Owwww, took my poi out for a swing in the garden, I am SO out of practice!! Started off quite well warming up with turns, then did some good hipswings, but then I tried to do a side-on butterfly, ouch! Hope I don't have a bruise, one of them hit me right in the mouth!!

 

Next time im just going to admit i dont want them vaccinated rather than pretending i forgot

Gosh it's warm outside. Off to see Little Miss Sunshine at the school Film club in a minute lo. Or Kino Klub as its known due to the fact it's randomly run by the German department. Oh and if anybody talks to me about the three-beat weave or the alternate butterfly I may scream or show them my bruises in a grotesque manner.

On a hot summer day, Olivia stripped off to her knickers and jumped in the Thames. A lovely afternoon, until a duck carried her away to his nest.

 

I was walking to work the other morning and saw two ducks sitting on a wall, I thought they were plastic ones at first but they nope, they were real! So pretty, if I wasn't running late I would have given some bread although security may not be too happy about me feeding ducks in the middle of a hospital!
