What fo you think of the theory that vegans that look young for their age?

 

I dont know, I havent known enough vegans to judge
I look young but then I always have done. My sister does too and shes veg. My brother looks his age and he eats shit. But its all relative isnt it, how well your genes say youll cope with abusing your body and all that stuff. Plus "vegan" alone doesnt mean much...you can be vegan and eat junk, and you can eat meat but make sure you get all your veggies, you know. But I do think a good well balanced vegan or veg diet with plenty of veggies and fruits and wholefoods etc will be a lot kinder to your body than what the average omnivore will eat (Macdonalds anyone?), I think thats just common sense

Well Im glad its working for her. Some of us do great vegan, I know I do. It would depend entirely on what she ate and the rest of her lifestyle though, plus her genetics. There are major factors like stress, illness, abuse, alcohol drugs and smoking, exercise or lack of...and so ons Still cant argue with the fact people say I look years younger...but I also have a hole in my heart which was supposed to slow my growth or something? Something like that. Im not too well read up to be honest, I try not to think about it. Never gave me any trouble
