I have a costume for shambala *dances* I am going to be an incredibly crap old curtain/foam 'corset'/bin liner skirt faerie....

 

It's raining.. has been all damn day. fuck british weather.

Oooh my Gawd were actually looking at houses. HOUSES. With gardens and more bedrooms and housy things. Which i knew wed be doing for obvious reasons, but now were actually doing it it feels bizarre. And exciting. But more bizarre
Flats are just flats, you know, you can be single or just a working couple and live in a good old fashioned flat
Looking at things with more levels and red bricks and a garage kind of makes me cringe a little...in a good way, if thats possible

 

*does a house dance* You won't know what to do with the space Maxi! We lived in a hostel for 6? months when I was 6 before moving to our house (we were, ahem 'intentionally homeless' apparently...). I remember finding the key to the house under a brick and exploring the insides before it was finished, and even though we'd lived in a house before it just seemed huge!

 

Hehe, aw, thats a sweet memory! Well the rooms in this flat are pretty massive and we struggle filling up the space now! Bascially its bunny/mouse equipment and random junk like broken musical instruments and old empty cupboards. Im hoping once we have all the baby things (and the baby of course!) it wont seem so empty, although in the areas weve been looking in we can get a 3 bedroom with a nice size garden! Scott will need a study though with all this working from home lark starting

Well both miss this place loads though so glad well have another year here first Well, best part of anyway. Its special

I've realised that whilst I do not have my usual thousand and one things to smile about today I'm still fairly happy. And why shouldn't I be, I've got a roof above my head, food, an education....
