Im brushin the dreads out folks. My hair is past my nips but so dry that Im gonna have to cut it when Im done. So far Im 2 days into brushin and I only have about 8 dreads brushed! 35 more to go! This is quite the tedious process! I forgot how wavy and mermaid like my undreaded hair is though! So excited to play with it once more!

 

God, the attrition rate is getting bad.

Also I went to the gym today for the first time in a while, shit felt good and I hadn't lost nearly as much of my edge as I would have assumed (I suppose doing a physical job helps) However they have replaced a lot of the machines with those fucking "natural motion" BS ones, you know, the ones that neither allow you to properly develop your support muscles like free-weights, nor force you into perfect form and allow you to really isolate what you want to work on. I wouldn't have minded so much because I'm mostly interested in the cable machines, but this bunch of pretty boy gym rats had them all sewn up for upwards of 40 minutes and I got fucking sick of waiting (I should probably note that I would have also tied them up for half an hour, but at least I would have been using them as exercise equipment rather than a boy band wannabe speak-easy)

Actually yeah you're right Glen. I skate around barefoot at home a bit, but just cruising around. Start trying shit and I rip the top/side of my foot up on the grip tape though.
But just cruising to uni and back would be faaaiiiiiinnnnnnee

Just went into work because they wanted to say goodbye. A few of the girls there chipped in and bought me this really nice bracelet. It's a Pandora one, and they gave me the receipt incase it was too small and it was like $120! So that was really nice of them! Along with a massive card full of messages, goodbyes and thankyous from everyone.
They've been so good to me, I don't want to leave them lol

I keep thinking about how easier my financial life would be if I didn't have dreads... I just can't be bothered to put the effort into combing.

 

My dreads ain't going anywhere any time soon... And I'm well black so employers just gotta deal with it. It's clearly part of my religion or culture or spirituality or some shit.
