I apologize, I didn't mean to jump to conlcusions without reading it first. I take back my former remark, however, I still feel it is stupid.

The mythical substance "bananadine" is exactly that--A MYTH. Smoking bananas will NOT get you high, period. Smoking "shitloads and shitloads" of ANYTHING might get you a "buzz", but it would be from LACK OF OXYGEN, not any kind of drug effect.

There is, AFAIK, no chemical substance called "bananadine". Bananas do contain some amino acids and neurotransmitter precursors, but I have not heard of anyone who has found anything psychoactive in them.

The substance you are thinking of may be DMT, which is a natural human neurotransmitter and a potent psychedelic if ingested properly. But again, AFAIK, it has NOT been found in bananas. It does occur in scores of other plants and animals, though.

If you have an article showing DMT or another psychedelic in bananas, I would love to see it. Post a link, maybe?

well, the Anarchist cookbook has a few other chemicals, which if the names were shorter i would probably post it, but i dont want to waste my time on looking it up.
