The Narc Upstairs

Hehe. I always wonder if young folk think I'm a narc 'cause I'm over thirty.

Honestly, some of us older but not quite OLD types just never grew up and enjoy hanging out with a slightly younger crowd 'cause...well I know all my friends my age are all popping out kids and cleaning up and stop doing alot of the fun shit that I'm still interested in doing.

be careful, keep your guard up. cops, narcs, and undercovers can smoke if its to catch someone... law enforcement are exempt from the law. if it seems fishy, trust your instinct.

Police are allowed to present drugs to try to sell to someone and then arrest them. (while they are posing as dealers)
