the problem with that game is you just have to guess what to do...

and then just when you think you've got the hang of it...bam...it spits in your eye and gives you another puzzle with no solution...

 

ok what do i do with the pen and paper? and where's the red wheel? help me im stuck in level seven!

 

i was stuck on that bit for ages...

you have to write a letter to the janitor to ask him for the red wheel...but there is nothing around to copy his signature from...or is there?

 

but where do i write it and how do i copy the sig!!?? eek!

 

Go back to the first room where you read the letter and put the paper there, then take it to the post box thingy.
