I thought the film was shitty, but I bought the original record when it came out as Ian Gillan (Deep Purple's vocalist - I was a big Purple fan at the time) was Jesus. Never really played it much though there are a few good tracks. The Herod/Jesus one springs to mind although I haven't heard it in years.
