It's not that difficult.

 

you know, there are women out there physically incapable of orgasm. and for a good deal of other women, it DOES require a lotta effort. which isn't to say that these women don't take pleasure in an affectionate of fun romp, they do. but sometimes those poor women just don't want the pressure of having to knock out a difficult orgasm when they're perfectly joy-filled to just have some sex even without climax. so they'll fake it. then a man gets it into his head that she's indeed having orgasms and doesn't go out of his way to give her one (which he thinks she's already having) and therefore gets his without giver her her enjoyment. then, because the woman doesn't want to disappoint her man or feel less-than, sexually, by showing that she's not been having orgasms, she won't be able to get any in the future because she doesn't want to risk her faking being exposed by asking for the things she needs to get off. so in many cases, it's really not the man's fault. women have to learn to be honest.
