I had a mini cheesecake in a graham cracker crust with cherries on top. Homemade by myself, and I experimented with using low-fat yogurt instead of the sour cream, reduced-fat cream cheese in place of the regular, and "light" cherries (meaning, less sugar) instead of full sugared cherry topping. Shh, don't tell my husband. He hasn't noticed at all, he's been scarfing them down like there's no tomorrow. Anyway, it's super yummy and less fattening. I will definitely make that recipe again.
