I just finished reading this book by author Josephine McCarthy. This is her first book of fantasy fiction. She well known in the occult community for her books on authentic western ceremonial magic. This fictional story was full of hidden truths found in her teachings. It was very interesting to see how she was able to weave in threads of real magic within this fictional tale. Even more interesting is the accounts regarding the sword itself in this book are tied in to the real life event of her discovering an old golden dawn sword in the ruins of a building when she was younger.

It's not a very long book but it is a good one. If you like stories about magic this is a fun book to read.
