I didn't watch too closely, but... I remember Tonya Harding being in the news at one point early in my life. She had assaulted Nancy Kerrigan or something. It's a little ironic from that perspective that there would be a movie that casts her as the star rather than Kerrigan. The movie was ok though. :)

I think it was one of the best films I've seen in a long time.

Not seen the "I, Tonya" film but remember the tale - at the time it was a proper scandal.
The strong and focused skater (Harding) getting too cocky and expecting a walkover into the team upstaged by the pretty and upcoming starlet (Kerrigan) - Harding going to extreme measures to ensure her inclusion - though that wasn't the worst - Did it include the Sex tape that surfaced in the aftermath?

I didn't really get through the entire film, but from what I know about the movie it was rated R for several reasons; sex or nudity among them. So, probably but I don't know.

    Again.

That little black actor cracks me up so much. Whatever he says I have a smirk on my face. I dunno if he's serious or being funny half the time but I still laugh at him. :)

Nancy Kerrigan grew up in this area so the local news was all over this story back in 1994.

Nancy Kerrigan is stuck up, hard to like, and has absolutely no charisma, so it’s understandable why the focus of attention is on Tonya Harding and not the Olympic Silver Medalist.

Yeah, it wasn't a good movie. I really liked the first one. I was arguing with my wife about the female actor she said it wasn't the same as the first one and I said no it is, she changes in the 3rd. She didn't believe me, so she looked it up. Lol. "hrmmpfff"

Movie contains psychedelic animation. Really interesting cartoon with Robin Wright who played Buttercup in "The Princess Bride". It's worth a watch. I will check and see if it's on Netflix. Google seems to say that Netflix has it on DVD. I logged into Netflix and searched for it to no avail.

    Black Panther.

Was 'made' to watch this film at the
    insistence of my husband.
If you're into this type of film then fair enough but for me at least the less said about it the better.

I happened to chance upon "A Little Princess" whilst flicking through channels today. It was written by Francis Hodgson Burnett in 1905 but this movie adaptation is gorgeous.

    HOGARTH

    This was really cute
Based on a Ted Hughes children's novel. I read a synopsis of the book and it sounds nothing like the movie. Oh well
