I saw that flick. The book was much better than the movie.

Sae...a REALLY good book in the same genre (WW II) is called The Nightingale by Kristen Hannah. I can't recommend it enough!

We were looking for something to rent and decided on Rampage. We both thought, how bad could it be?

Never underestimate how bad a movie can be.

I love the special effects, but we couldn't even finish it. It just kept going off in different directions with the plot, the acting was cheesy and bad, ugh.

Was that based on that early 90's arcade game where you could be like the 3 monsters and demolish buildings and shit?

^Edit: Holy crap just google that game came out in the mid 80's

lol I don't know that game, but it's one of those movies, where it posts a few paragraphs in the beginning, with ''science facts,'' to make it seem smart, then a few minutes later, a sweaty chick appears (you have no idea who she is or why she's relevant) and she's trying to save the world, and the space ship she's in blows up. Then, more special effects happen...mixed with adolescent one liners by The Rock. I'm sure The Rock is a nice guy irl, but his movies are seriously shit. :tearsofjoy:

    Neverending story

Finally got my dogs attention he was asleep like a fox and he never reacts to his name on the Movie, Atreyú, so I found a good scene with Falcor and I turned volume up "Atreyú". His ear twitched. I did it again. His eye open. Soon he was staring at the TV and the luck dragon, head tilting. He recognised this dragon was talking to him. Then after a minute he looked at me unimpressed and went back to sleep.

I've got a nose for really bad movies.

And Rampage... Let's say I wouldn't take money to watch that film.

You guys need to consult me on your future rental choices.
