The last debate was quite a revelation. I didn't realize how low Trump could go in boorish behavior, but his persistent efforts to interrupt and drown out his opponent and the moderator reached new depths. Even my conservative Republican parents are, i suspect, spinning in their graves.

Not for me - I think the concept of TV debate was good to hear candidates express their views and opinions but in truth, I find they're all about sound-bites and egotistic point scoring

I would have to agree no reasonable republican could continue to support Trump, does that therefore make those that do unreasonable?

    ----

I am very interested in this debate, and I watched the first one.
Trump will try and pile on the garbage I suppose, but at least the presenter has a mute button this time.
    Nice one!

Well as I understand it the debate will start at 2.000AM here in the UK.
I don’t usually go to bed until around 3.00AM anyway so I will watch it and see how it is going on.
If the show is interesting I shall watch ‘till the end.

    I know.
    Go on.
Poor sad bastard I am! :)

First off, seems Trump has extremely dilated eyes. And then when asked if he felt responsible for the virus fiasco, his reply was "Of course I take responsibility, it was all the Chinese fault."

And so it went down from there.

I like the way Joe laughs back at the lies.

I'll be watching closely from here in Canada. I find the US politics more interesting than ours.

    Interesting observation and right on-point................

Trump's Pupils are dilated to 6.5 mm in his right eye and 6.0 mm in his left eye. This fits Trump's pattern of long-term, intermittent, widely-dilated pupils.
This characteristic of pupillary dilation is caused by drugs. Trump is abusing drugs.

I think she did a really good job as moderator, and consequently this was the best debate of the two presidential debates. Going out on a limb and say that the debate was a tie, however, trump did not win.. Even the republican pundits, except for Chris Christie, said trump lost.
I thought the best line was when trump accused Biden of being Bernie Sanders. Biden responded that Bernie wasn't running for president.

From the news I read today it seems Biden won the debate hands down. Only a few remarkably conservative mouthpieces have anything good to say about Trump.

It is all so transparent who would actually be a better president, and it isn't Trump. He apparently has not got a clue about what to do except tell everyone he's great.

The last question was most telling. What will you say upon inauguration day if you win the election?

    Trump blustered.

    Biden proffered some ideas.
