I'm just amazed that I didn't see anything hit his shirt after 3 bites. I did see him wipe his sleeve though so it must have been off camera.

    Is this place a chain?

The Pacific comment would have worked on the sushi comment. Either way you answered the question. I think that chain didn't make it this far.
Reminds me of Carl jr's. I see the advertisements all the time but never seen one in person.

Drinking Tangerine Haze by Stillwater Artisanal. It's a sour IPA brewed with tangerines. Pours a cloudy orange that looks like orange juice. There's tons of sweet tangerine juice in the aroma of this beer. There's also some grassy hop notes and some brettanomyces yeast funk. Mostly the nose is dominated by a fresh orange juice aroma. Flavor is of sweet and tart tangerine, along with some mango, apricot and even some white wine. Body is medium-light, and extremely crisp and refreshing. An incredibly quaffable beer. I finished this 22 oz bottle in well under five minutes.

Now I am drinking Stone's Enjoy By 9.5.16 IPA, an unfiltered IPA clocking in at 9.4% ABV. Stone's "Enjoy By" series is released several times each year in small batches and is intended be be enjoyed fresh, before the date on the bottle. The last 'Enjoy By' release was the Enjoy By 7-4-16. I like to try this beer each time it is released, because every time it is a little bit different from the last. But it is always awesome. This one pours a beautiful orange-gold with a 2-finger head. Lots of resiny aromas. Some sweet citrus, but also a good amount of pine and even a slightly medicinal hop character. I smell a lot of simcoe in the nose of this one, but I could be wrong. Flavor is very well balanced between tropical fruits and pine with some herbal flavors coming through on the finish. Body is medium and the mouthfeel is smooth with normal carbonation levels.

Moving on to another beer from one of my favorite breweries, this is the newly released 'Weird & Gilly', an IPA from SInglecut. It is absolutely incredible like every one of their IPAs. Very citrus forward nose -- a definite juice bomb. Tons of tropical fruits like orange and mango, along with some biscuity malts and floral hops. Flavor is full of juicy citrus (orange, mango, pineapple), some earthy, grassy flavors, and some breadiness. Finishes very dry, with a crisp mouthfeel and medium body.

My last beer of the night is 'Ghost of Rita', a gose brewed with lime from Keuka Brewing Company in NY. Some tart lemon and sour lime in the nose, with some wheat, spice and a smoky malt aroma. Upfront the flavor is nicely tart with some saltiness and a smoky malt (??) finish. Kind of a weird, off flavor to this beer. Light bodied beer with a crisp, somewhat creamy mouthfeel.

As it tuns out, this will be my final beer of the night. This is Westbrook IPA. Pours a cloudy golden orange color with a two-finger head. Big citrus/orange aroma with some earthy hops, some herbal notes, and some bready and caramel malts. The taste very much follows the smell, with tons of citrus hops (orange, grapefuit) and some grassy hop flavors, some pine sap and some floral overtones. Some faint bready malts are detected as well. Medium bodied beer which finishes semi-dry.

Sounds like something an old witch in the woods would give you, once your parents dropped you off for not picking up your toys again. Not sure what Hash is, know it's from pot but how do you make it?
