i just got back from star wars


it was alright but i expected a bit more

 

I hate when stuff gets over-hyped.

 

It could never possibly live up to the hype. When it is the highest grossing movie ever then you can look at it from a different point of view and say well it was hyped up for a reason.

 

We just watched the new Star Wars. Ehhh. Something seemed off about it.

It was the storm trooper, he tried to make too many funnies or they cast him as more comedic than I remember the previous films. I dunno. I'll watch them in numerical order next time then go and buy this when its released. I feel a little disappointed by it. People were cheering and clapping and I didn't feel it. And I went in pretty baked so usually my wig be split.

 

My moon did the same thing! ;-) It was misty here with all the rain so it was a hazy moon and seemed enormous as it moved behind the branches. It looked like a painting.

 

Wondering how to spend this bright December day...

Ugh I'm about to head to the mall to fight the crowds for boxing day sales. I normally wouldnt, but I got some gift cards I want to use while things are cheap. I also want to pick up some late gifts for my boyfriends family. I wasn't expecting all of them to buy me gifts, but they did and now I must retaliate!

 

i went shopping today..didnt need anything really but i ended up buying some rope that ill use to try and put my really heavy tarp back onto the top of my portable garage ...damn wind took it the other day but its strong enough it didnt get damaged it just snapped all the ropes i had holding it down

 

Yay! Scrap guy came and got the old oven out of here.

 

i cut him a lot of slack. his attitude is in the shitter though, i cant wait for winter break to be over

If the Winter break wasn't broken up by the grandkids getting to spend a few days with their parents at Christmas...I hate to think.

 

store already know you want to spend gift card money....the real sales will be in a month

Heading home. Time to go face reality after a nice distracting 2+ days

 

We have a new 10 seat outdoor setting now but it's like a day too late because we could have used it for Xmas. But oh well,
It was a gift. but now we can good backyard festivities so I'm looking forward to building it. It's just a alluminium square based table with a glass top. I want to go wooden bench and seats because we'd have to cover the glass but then I figure I'd want to protect the wood finish and stain anyway so a table cloth was viable for both tables, so we picked out the one that sat more people.

Now we are off for a couple of days going short track racing on the dirt. Few America big boys are over competing with everyone here. It was bad weather when we got here last night but the next two days seem to be really nice.

 

When you get angry and your blood pressure goes up isn't that good? I mean when you run they say it's good and your BP goes pretty high.
