I'm being completely honest but I have never in my life experienced any violence from the right to the left but I have seen plenty from the left to the right.

Well, that's definitely not acceptable.

I live in an area where guns are common, and there are peaceful demonstrations quite often. But last year, when Trump came here...protestors were extremely violent, and many arrests occurred. But no civilian responded violently to protestors. I have never heard of violence against anyone...merely because they were wearing an Obama or Hillary hat or shirt.

For pretending to be the "Party of Peace"...Democrats are certainly much quicker to violence, and much quicker to encourage it...from what I've seen and heard. Obviously...I realize that doesn't define *all* Democrats. My parents were Democrats. They've been deceased for about a decade, so...I assume they're still casting votes for Democrats.

 

No, I do not agree. I say when someone contends that all Republicans are stupid they are making a factual statement. There is plenty of evidence to support that contention. I have heard Republicans say a woman's body shuts down during rape, so she would not get pregnant. I've heard Republicans say there is not global warming. I've heard Republicans say there should be no reparations for slavery. The supporting evidence is all over the place. Get over it.

Well, I see no point in ever responding to anything this gentleman has to say. He has displayed his bias and prejudices over many posts on this forum. I've had enough. I'm not putting him on *ignore*, but I will not be responding any longer to him, because he has shown himself to be unreasonable, and incapable of meaningful dialogue.

The fact that so many of you seem absolutely fine with his posts...is very informative.

If anyone else would like to talk about the level of intelligence in the Republican community, I would like to hear it. My main concern is to ascertain the point where the level of intellectual capacity of any Republican would give us a reason to invoke Red Flag Laws and take away their guns. I would love to take away their diesel pickup trucks but would be contented with a bold police raid to confiscate their guns.
