Maybe not.... even though they're both the same. (Except for the overt religious mumbo-jumbo.)

 

So when is the next time a non-southern president will be elected? Maybe if Hillary chose a different state than New York and worked up a little drawl she would have a fighting chance.

and the more I think about it, the more that I agree that the 2 parties are almost the same...and there can be no doubt that there is a bigger picture behind the scenes

I like Condi Rice. I think people are being really harsh on her. 9/11 was not her fault in any way, shape, or form and I find it repugnant that Bush sat back and allowed her to be thrown to the wolves. I could just see that hideous little chimp,sitting in his oval office, with a smirk,watching the commission panels,saying "Heh heh heh, I just passed the buck to the black chick".

Condi is republican but she's pro-choice, has no problems with gay people, and actually gives a crap about the world around her. She's not conservative by any stretch of the word.

I don't know if any of you have actually been paying attention to her work, but she's been traveling around to all these dangerous,genocide-filled,suffering countries and seeing what is happening. She's been forgoing the typical SoS agenda of traveling to posh European countries and going to parties..so that she can go to Sudan, Niger, and she was in Lebanon the day after the assassination of their former prime minister to ensure support for the Lebanese people, she was the one that put the heat under Syria removing it's occupation. Condi was fundemental in the recent evacuations of Israelis from rightful Palestinian land.

Yes, she seems to be a yes-man for Bush...but that's also her job. However, Condi has made it very public that her and Bush DO NOT agree on many things and that her main job is to restore the USA's ties to the rest of the world. She's trying to improve our image.

And all she gets is a bunch of shit from both liberals and conservatives.

I find it funny when people use the cliche "conspiracy theorist" without even thinking about the broader context of any issues. They just throw the label out to anyone who thinks analytically about some mysterious event, as if there is pre-eminently no possible chance of it being true...or even partially so.

Do you believe at face value the official 9/11 story that 19 arab hijackers out-tricked our military industrial complex with 4 planes in a span of 2 hours using nothing more than box cutters? If you do, then you are a believer in at least one conspiracy theory. And yes, it is that, because it has never to this day been proven.

I suggest you research author David Ray Griffin. He gives the best explanation on what is/isn't a "conspiracy theory" and how to diffentiate between them. I suggest you do some deeper reading before uttering such sadly naive remarks as those above. And by the way, this isn't about Condi Rice or any particular individual. It's about getting your head unstuck from the mainstream media's grip of delusion and anti-analysis.
