What are you trying to get a job doing?

 

Yea, you and dyl are pretty close compared to me and dyl, but that's ok.

 

Plus I mean he is able to sell all of them for 2.50$ a piece, so he doesn't want to cut deals to a bunch of people. Kids at my school are just too damn stupid to ask for the amount in them, they just say OOOO XANAX lemme get some haha. Also I did leave him a bowl's worth of my dank after we smoked before school Friday and just said have it, so that plays into it. Also whenever I get vikes I throw dyl a few for cheap or free.

 

It would be working for a health insurance company doing some customer service shit, not the greatest job but my friend works there and said that he has talked to his boss and will likely be able to pull some strings. Pay will be a good bit better than what I am at now which is a big plus. It will be a good job to hold for a while until I get an offer for a higher up state job. But there is a hiring freeze right now so I wanna make more money in the mean time until the freeze gets lifted.

Killer dude that sounds awesome. My mom has worked for a few health insurance companies and they aren't bad jobs in the least.

 

Yeah my buddy has been there for a year and already has been given 2 raises so who knows it could be a career if I end up liking what I am doing.

 

Customer Service Sucks.... You get blamed for a lot, and you need to have a lot of pacients. Im a receptionist for now, and i get bitched at my ppl daily and specially by phone, Idk man good luck. Just know that if its ever cold outside some asshole will blame you (customer service)

yeah d00d customer service is a BITTTTCH.

but if that's where the money is go for it. my only advice is don't take things personally, and if you're having a bad day don't even bother going in.

 

^ great advice. i learn that if your extra nice to the ppl who bitch you out,
they get annoyed.
N if that fails: Remember you work in customer service you have the ability to speed up someone or kept them on hold/waiting for a long ass time

 

unfortunately i was in a different kind of customer "service". i worked at a mom and pop fast food place so we always had to be extra perky and QUICK. the boss was always watching so after you got bitched at by the customer, you'd get bitched at by him. i totally almost cried there a few times.

That sucks I never understoood why a boss would be mean to their employees. YOu aren't about to try your hardest with a dick yelling in your face.

 

man my boss used 2 eat me alive an any1 else that worked 4 our company he threw a broom at the radio once an it bounced off n hit the other chap who worked there with me ive been sacked an ive quit more than 20 times id say but his temper has calmed right down these days an i get paid alot more so happy days i say

 

My boss is tight as fuck, which reminds me that I really need to get my job back. My boss would give me rides home, talk politics and economics with me besides telling me stories from his childhood, and he even gave me nice birthday and christmas presents. Besides that of course he gave me this job when I was 14, so I mean overall he is one of the coolest motherfuckers I know.

 

on top of that he pays a solid $2 below minimum wage. $5.75 an hour. granted, this is legal since it's a family business and we don't get taxes taken out, but come on.

he only hires people up to his standards. he doesn't hire boys because they're too immature and we (the girl workers) basically are the charm of his business, and to get hired there you have to be an honors kid and involved in some sort of extra curricular, PLUS he has to know you beforehand. some of this is understandable because it's very easy to steal from him, but since he's demanding so much he should at least give us raises once in awhile.

that's my rant about a man none of you will ever meet, but oh wellz.
