    I just finished watching a documentary that involved this and yeah, 30 seconds. And Wyatt was the only one left standing without a scratch which adds to his mythology but it was also this fight that had him put under the pressure of local societies claiming he didn't have to have a fight.

    I think he did though. I the law is don't carry your guns then you do t carry your guns. The drunk cowboy ran his posse into town all drunk with their guns, Wyatt asked them to hand them over, they chose to fight the moment they ignored as far as I'm concerned.

    Been there, and yes, I believe it was 30 shots, in 30 seconds, in an area 30 feet square.

    the real reason so much is made of violence in the old west,
    is that it was so much LESS common, then in the more populated and devoped east.
    (of the u.s. of a hundred and fifty years ago)
