    Same here. I don't know if the second one is a buzzkill if you're not already buzzed but it is aggravating.

    Cops are the ultimate buzz kill.

    I believe that you have to be high for it to count as a buzz.

    1- Police. Paranoia, buzz-killers, hell, just remove 'em from the picture, and you'd be good to smoke without bad side-effects.

    2- Conversations you really don't want to have while high/People you don't wanna be around while high. It just... ruins the ability to enjoy the experience...
