Any company in the world, not just US who manufactures pharmaceuticals isnt going to have anything to do with whether your government sells or leases your hospitals or not

Ok so it’s not the tariff that is the problem most countries don’t have tariffs on drugs already under the WTO Pharmaceutical Agreement.

What is feared is that in a US/UK trade agreement the NHS would be tied into buying US drugs at the price set by US pharmaceutical companies in the same way as in the US, which has resulted in drugs in the US been some of the most expensive in the world. This would have a huge impact on the health budget.

The Tories have had a long history of underfunding the NHS as many neoliberals in it want to privatise it so that increase in spending is unlikely to be match by increased spending under a Tory government resulting the NHS been put under more stress resulting in worst performance and in more calls from neoliberals for it to be privatised.

Well I’m not the only person that has had concerns

The problem is that the UK isn’t in a very strong position when it comes to trade deals the trade deal between Australia and the US took some 4 years to do and Australia could have walked away at any time with no ill effect. The UK might not have that luxury.

The UK is going to be desperate for deals especially if there is a hard Brexit in which case our position will be even worse I mean come on man we have discussed this before and you have put up no rational counter argument against that prediction.
