    Hey Suz.
Have you looked back on these type of threads and read what Bulby has said to me?
I think I am being rather moderate in what I say really.

Actually I sort of like Bulby, but he does go on and on and on and d on and on about Brexit that he does me head in.
I just wish he would change the record!

You could well be right there Glen.
But I do hope there can be some reconciliation now with all this.
BREXIT is going to happen now whether you or anyone else likes it or not.
If it doesn't work out at all and the Project Fear doomsters are right, THEN start going on about it.
    Until then.
A bit of peace and quiet about all of this disharmony would go down well.
At least with me it would!

    Best rgards

    Kenny

I would not wish to end up getting banned Suz, as I really do like this forum.
Including the free speech it appears to provide.
But if I did get banned.
Life here would go on without me, and sometimes I struggle with getting the time to log in anyway.

I would hate to lose conversing here with you though Suzanne, because I can see you are a very nice Lady.

Exit polls suggest voter turnout was slightly down 1 or 2 % and no change in youth voter turnout

So the media coverage about long lines of uni students in Kent was more about just showing a badly run or staffed polling station

    Yes Vanilla.
Just like most of the bilge thrown at the Conservative/Brexit side was all fake news.
Project fear was the name of the game, but I can tell you this Vanilla.
    None of it worked! :grinning:

    Oh for fucks sake

    This:

    "
“The election is over, but we can’t stand by and let this racist, islamophobic rhetoric be normalised"

Is in part exactly why the Tories did so well

The vast majority of the public are not going to listen to crazy rabid liberal nutters

This is perhaps why Labour lost.
Arguments should be considered, constructive and creditable, not Bloody-minded, Bolshie and Boris-blaming

If only he could stop moaning and blaming others - when the problem is more closer to home.

Its not hassling someone to explain their vote. It's asking someone to explain their stance in a conversation. If someone's wanna be part of a conversation they should be prepared to get such questions (they're still free to answer as they want or not at all, naturally).

Too bad they went bashing as there is a significant amount of valid criticism. Especially how Boris played with the truth.

And the Labour Party allowed themselves to become distracted by allegations of anti-semitism. I've said it before and say it again, criticism of Netanyahu and the zionist policies pursued by the Likud party is NOT anti-semitic !!!

Again I’d ask those celebrating this 'win', what do they think they have won - how does this benefit the country and themselves?

This Conservative regime and the Brexit it will bring about are going to hurt the country and its people especially in the long term but it seems to me that many leavers either don’t realise that or don’t care. I think some leavers seem actually gleeful if it hurts the so called remoaners (even if it hurts many of them more).

Again has any leaver put forward any rationally based reasons for thinking Brexit will be good for the UK? I’ve been in multiple threads involving thousands of post and NOT ONE leavers has been able to explain why Brexit would be a good thing in any rational way.

The ‘winners’ can whoop and holla all they want but that hasn’t gone away.

Yes of course I’m sad and concerned over the result, of course I’m worried, we are all going to be adversely effected by this, but some more than others, I fear that those celebrating now or the children or grandchildren of those celebrating now are the one that are going to pay the price.
