Here's how it works. In a random order you post a real news item and a fake news item. We have to guess which is real and which is fake news. No cheating. Item # 1 While on routine maneuvers in the Antarctic a United States Virginia-class attack submarine experienced unexpected difficulties closing one of its outer torpedo tube doors after a simulated torpedo run. Upon examination Navy divers found an Emperor penguin had become lodged in the outer opening of the tube jamming the door. A Navy spokesman joked that he didn't think the penguin had become stuck on porpoise. Item # 2 President Gurbanguly Berdymukhammedov of Turkmenistan has banned black colored vehicles because they bring bad luck. Police have been seizing any and all black painted vehicles and holding them until the owners apply for permission to repaint them white, after which they may be re-registered. The average citizen makes about 1,200 manats a month. Cost of painting a car white? 7,000 manats, and the cost is expected to quickly rise to 11,000 manats in a week. So...which one is the fake news article?
Story 1, BOSTON, MA — While most people were sleeping last night, Boston firefighters were rescuing a person who was trapped inside the sewer on School Street. Someone called police around 3:45 a.m. reporting a person was trapped "in a manhole" according to fire officials. It was unclear at first if the person fell through a manhole or if they'd attempted to climb down themselves. When firefighters arrived they set up for a confined rescue, and a few hours later the person was transported to Mass General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Story 2, Boston, MA – A Somerville man called police for help after he was reportedly trapped in a storm drain in Boston’s South End neighborhood, He was later charged with trespassing according to multiple reports. Yesterday morning Globe Photographer Mike Fotoshop took a picture of the storm drain below:
both are fake. any place your own feet arn't and it isn't about something that's going to effect your immediate environment, is for entertainment purposes only anyway. sorry i'm too lazy at the moment to add anything more creative. the penguine thing is believable though.
Wrong the first story is true. The person involved was homeless and felt more comfortable living below ground than above.

Just because you find a "news" article that states this as fact doesn't mean it is a fact. Here's one for you: Orangutan Gives Birth To Human Baby At Tennessee Zoo Do you really fall for this bullshit?
Got it. I dont read news on line much. Only on line news I read are one's that are posted on hf. Otherwise, I watch my local news on television. So yes, I do fall for this bullshit. Not any more though. You showed me an good example.
The USSR took some it's females and tried to impregnate them with ape sperm during the Cold War. The goal was to make strong but dumb soldiers who would follow orders. It failed, our DNA is not compatible.
