Yes. Right after you explain yourself to me.

Then, if you are lucky, I will share MORE about my views on this.

Until then you are WAY behind me to start with.
[or are you admitting you can not?]

As far as the creation of life on earth: I agree with the generally accepted theory of evolution, outlined as such by Geckopelli.

    Your move, chief.

I wasnt aware Geckopelli outlined Neo-Darwinism?

Or are you saying you are a Darwinist?

To be honest.. half the time Geckopelli is simply 'saying things' already understood anyway - then 'Announcing' he has 'Vanquished' Fools.

    I think its cute!

    Brockton, you lost.

    Grow the fuck up.

You have no "views" to offer.

And you are the most ignorant poster since your other incarnation.

How many times must I thwart you?

You stated Geckopelli represents your current and general hypothesis.

So basically there is nothing more for us to talk about since Im already going back and forth with Gecko.

Sit back and enjoy. You have no real reason to join in now.
    (Unless you want to?)

Brocktoon, I ask that you explain to me the Creationist 'theory'.

Please explain thoroghly your reasoning behind your belief; if such a belief requires faith, explain the reasoning behind assuming this faith; cite scientific evidence; give epistemological reasoning; define variable terminology ['faith' specifically].

Realize you're audience will be largely athiest; verily, God will be mentioned, explain then epistemological reasoning for the belief in God.

    Cite accurate information.

ANSWER THE FUCKING QUESTION YOU MORON. EXPLAIN CREATIONISM.

    I wasn't aware that I had lost?
Was it the part where you stated that Darwinism is still accepted by all educated Evolutionists?

Could you name even one currently published Evolutionist who believes that Natural Selection is the mechanism for Evolutionism?

    Just once would be nice!

    ;)

    Thumontico,

What did the creationist do when he saw an ostrich with his head in a hole?

Shoot him and take over the company!

There was a little old lady who was very spiritual who would step out on her porch every day, raise her arms to the sky and yell, "Praise the Lord."

One day, an atheist bought the house next door to her, and he became very irritated with the spiritual lady. So after a month or so of her yelling, "Praise the Lord" from her porch, he went outside on his porch and yelled back, "There is no Lord."

Yet, the little old lady continued.

One cold, wintry day, when the little old lady couldn't get to the store, she went out on her porch, raised her hands up to the sky and said, "Help me Lord, I have no more money, it's cold, and I have no more food."

The next morning, she went outside, and there were three bags of food on the porch, enough to last her a week. "Praise the Lord," she yelled.

The Atheist stepped out from the bushes and said, "There is no Lord hahaha, I bought those groceries!"

The little old lady raised her arms to the sky and said, "Praise the Lord, you sent me groceries and you made the Devil pay for them."

I know that I am confident in the belief that if it is needed, you will have it.
I am a stubborn, and suspicious person regarding any information I hear or see, and so, blind faith is not in the cards for me.
I have what I call faith becuz I was beaten about the head and face for aeons with 'coincidences', 'synchronicities', and the rare vivid, exact, TRUE, scientifically, rationally, and logically inexplicable precognitive images of future scenes, accurate to the most minute detail, such as papers lying in the same spot on the carpet, etc., in a handful of my dreams. I know many will read and conclude I am either nuts or lying. I dont at all have a problem with that, other than to say, pick the nuts option if you doubt my honesty. Being accused of lying about it is more distasteful to me.

I must admit- I don't see how lying about one's beliefs is possible.

There are many times when I envy the faithful in thier assurance.

But it has been said by others that the contentment of belief and acceptance is not my lot in life.

    Damn!

lol, I have told many Christians exactly that, I envy their faith, but I no longer do. I am now much more solidly grounded to a 'admittedly sketchy' faith.

    Zen proverb:

Great doubt leads to great enlightenment, small doubt, to small enlightenment, no doubt, no enlightenment.

I like that one when I am feeling envious.

No point- it just bears repeating.
