I don't deny liking the doors.. I don't obssess over them though.. I like a million other bands too.. I am in no way a hippy or a hippy wanabee.. I am mearly myself...
i love how doors fans really like to defend them selves when one or two people have a disliking for them
oasis are the backstreet boys with guitars their songs are overly simplistic, their sound is dull and extremely repetitive, and their lyrics are superficial and often completely meaningless but of course, thats my opinion

I suggest taking some philosophy classes my age is irrelevant, because my intellectual capacity greatly exceeds what you will ever be able to fathom in your entire lifetime and I think Id be a bit old for public school, if I were going to school at all

the thing that seperates The Doors from n'sync is the lyrics oh yeah? whats so obvious about it? give me a few examples it wont matter much to you when youre out of this little adolescent stage of yours and in some monotonous accounting job or something like that of course, you're content with your "humble" image in 2 or 3 years when I am virtuoso, Ill send you something

The Doors werent that great of a band, but I think their lyrics were fantastic. furthermore, that is solely a matter of opinion (something which you still choose not to comprehend) and in no way does it demonstrate my understanding of music... I picked up a guitar because I was inspired and wanted to make beautiful music. correct me if Im wrong, but was it not you who began playing guitar for superficial reasons? I recall seeing a post of yours in which you admit to that and how is recording a measure of my skill level? I may not even own recording equipment... what the hell gave you the idea that I ever wanted to be like Jerry Garcia, or even listened to the Grateful Dead for that matter? it seems like you are running out of viable offenses (at least what you see as viable, and what I see as petty and ignorant) and are so desperate that youll say anything for the record, the person who I most want to be like is myself, and never will I confine my influence to one musician or one group of musicians
uh... ive been playin for three years, and that is not all it takes to be a virtuoso... dont be so full of yourself man, for the great god of neptune's sake at least
I have been playing 8-12 hours a day for the past 4 months, and plan continue doing so for as long as it takes if you have been playing that often for the past 3 years and arent somewhat virtuous, then you are handicapped
