The Doors or Jefferson Airplane?

jefferson airplane for sure. much more interesting and talented i remember listening to the doors a few times and thinking about the lyrics and disliking them and that really put me off them.

 

But ultimately I agree with this guy. hahahah

ok...please, someone explain to me what the fuck is so bad about the doors? Like, I don't get why people are hating on them. Is it because of Jim? If so, listen to the band, not Jim..It's The Doors, remember? Not Jim Morrison and The Doors.

I love Jefferson Airplane, but I just can't get enough of The Doors.

 

The people who were listening to Jefferson Airplane in the late 60's started listening to Led Zeppelin in the early 70's.

 

or listen to iron butterfly, its like the doors without the crappy singer

but hey, i never called them american either...
but great...yes they are great.

 

Again this are 2 difrent completely difrent giants of the 60s . But the Doors had more influence on other bands. but i do agree the Airplanes were far more involve in the Acid scene. Morrison was more of a sexual thing and self destructive like "The End" .

 

i prefer jefferson airplane, but i shouldn't even say that. i don't listen to the doors too much at all to really form an honest opinion.

 

the doors are more of a pop band. so ill go the airplane, just for my hippie cred.
