Imagine being so full of partisan hate that you ignore all the facts around you. Seriously you are still in the "liberal tears" phase of your cult? Nothing matters as long you win and they do not. Oh no are you sacred of 2020? Your post is a sad commentary on the state of America.
I'm in Indiana and we are to have 15 below zero tonight. It is only going to last 65 hours or so. The forecast says 55 above by February 4th. The wild swings in weather is a characteristic of global warming. As for Trump's tweets, I saw his pal John Bolton with a legal pad which has one note: 5000 troops for Columbia. It seems he only took one note during a meeting with the Stable Genius. And the mighty Stable Genius aka Captain Bone Spurs must be needing a distraction from Bob Mueller's investigation which is pointed right at Junior Genius now.
That's kinda simplistic. I favor tax cuts myself provided that they are accompanied by similar cuts in government spending. I don't consider it greedy to want to keep more of my own money. I suppose it's accurate to blame fear for some people's support of the wall, fear of persons unknown who bypass the immigration procedures in place and are not vetted by Customs And Border Protection. As far as welfare/healthcare goes many people believe it should be accompanied by some type of work from the beneficiary. I would imagine that most people receiving benefits such as Medicaid already satisfy that requirement or are exempted from work for common sense reasons. As far as that 'disproportionately black/brown' thing you stuck on the end...you must think worse of people than I do.
I've read this several times and am not sure what you mean. Partisan hate? Plenty of that to go around. And am I nervous about 2020? Yeah, and you'd better be too. I've got a sinking feeling we're in for another 4 years of Trump.
I know several guys in Colorado who hired on with a roofer. They spent two days ripping off a roof and putting down Ice Guard then shingles. They never got paid. The home owner said he paid the roofer. The government didn't do a friggin thing about it. We all felt the guys who did the work deserved government help.
Science ,of course, is not based on conspicuos anectdotes, but rather a plethora of observations and the testing of hypotheses...but he doesn t know that.
I heard this guy on the NPR radio show, 1A. He tells about how trump use to shout at Paul Ryan. Wait a minute, I thought Ryan wanted to be president, yet he doesn't have the balls to stand up to trump.
Dice Actually that was the point – to repeat - The inability of the right to come up with any coherent arguments for the things they say they support lays them open to speculations as to their true motives. But would you do so to the point that your low tax rate and personal enrichment meant the suffering of others and the society you live in? At what point does ‘wanting to keep more of my own money’ turn into plain greed? But is the fear valid, is it evidence based or is it just irrational fear as I’ve said the often inability of the right to come up with any coherent arguments lays them open to the charge that they have not really looked at the issue in a rational way. Remember how Trump stoked unwarranted fear by claiming the last migrant caravan was an invasion full of MS-13 and Middle Eastern terrorists and sent troops down to the boarder? But why do so many seem to think welfare is a trick to give others ‘something for nothing’? What is the basis for the belief? LOL that just comes from talking to people. I actually thing that the majority of people are good at heart but they can be corrupted and manipulated if they allow themselves to be so. When people are told that they should be able to keep more of their own money to the detriment of society as a whole (and to get passed tax cut that favour the already wealthy) When they are told they should fear ‘persons unknown’ the others the different. When they are told that there are scroungers and ‘welfare queens’ - "There's a woman in Chicago. She has 80 names, 30 addresses, 12 Social Security cards. ... She's got Medicaid, getting food stamps and she is collecting welfare under each of her names. Her tax-free cash income alone is over $150,000." [Ronald Reagan 1976] That was a lie but the right have been pushing the idea for years (oh and many say that story was meant to exploited white America's racial fears - Reagan never said the Welfare Queen was black, but he didn't need to. People assumed she was because of rhetorical clues Reagan dropped, says John Hinshaw, a history professor at Lebanon Valley College in Pennsylvania. "The Welfare Queen driving a pink Cadillac to cash her welfare checks at the liquor store fits a narrative that many white, working-class Americans had about inner-city blacks," Hinshaw says. "It doesn't matter if the story was fabricated, it fit the narrative, and so it felt true, and it didn't need to be verified." * The point been why do some people still support ideas that once debated they find they cannot defend from criticism? Why are 37% of Americans still approving of someone like Trump? Why do right wing supporters still pump out arguments that don’t stand up to even the slightest scrutiny?
One teenagers reply to Trump that i thought was hilarious I am 54 years younger than you. I just finished high school with average marks. But even I can tell you that WEATHER IS NOT CLIMATE. If you want help understanding that, I can lend you my encyclopedia from when I was in 2nd grade. It has pictures and everything. Astha Sarmah Donald Trump tweets about 'global warming', gets trolled by Assam teenager
The Director of National Intelligence, the FBI Director, and the CIA Director, offered their worldwide threat assessment and contradicted almost every statement made by Donald Trump from ISIS nearing territorial defeat, to IRAN, Syria, Global Warming, to North Korea which they believe is "unlikely to give up" its nuclear arsenal. Apparently the Mexican border isn’t considered a high priority and is no threat to national security, but continued vigilance is a must - so basically what we're already doing and have been doing through previous administrations. Trumps foreign policy is a complete failure and a boldface lie
Everyone at the Trump organization and the Republican Party thinks a scientific experiment is when you try to steal money from unsuspecting citizens.
Roger Stone warns Trump's presidency is in peril Analysis by Stephen Collinson, CNN Updated 8:02 AM ET, Wed January 30, 2019 Roger Stone warns Trump's presidency is in peril - CNNPolitics excerpt: "If Mueller does establish such behavior, it would answer the puzzling question: Why have so many people around Trump -- at great costs to themselves -- repeatedly lied about ties to Russians? Or, it's conceivable -- if the special counsel could conclude that though there was evidence of a cover-up -- it was not motivated by a desire to hide a crime, but was meant to spare Trump the political embarrassment of noncriminal links to Russia? But even if that is the case, Mueller's voluminous filings and other publicly available information have established a pattern of behavior by Trump and aides that tore at norms of behavior during campaign season and shows clear disrespect for the integrity of a presidential election -- part of the fabric of US democracy."
