Stuttering John calls Trump on Air Force One.
He's a comedian. He called as a prank and Kushner let him through. Trump thought he was talking to Sen. Bob Menendez. Apparently Trump's entire staff is clueless. Thankfully Stuttering John didn't say he was Putin and screw up Trump's marching orders.

Ted Cruz tells Illinois' 3rd Congressional District to vote Democratic or write in someone else.
The Republicans are running a Nazi.

James D. Melville Jr. the U.S. Ambassador to Estonia resigns in protest over Trump's foreign policy.
He's the third ambassador to do so.
I believe there are currently 62 vacancies

    And nobody was surprised.
But it makes me wonder what all the 'Nazism is a left wing ideology' people are thinking right now.

Had a conversation with a conservative friend the other day. I tried to tell him that fascism is a right wing ideology. He would not have any of that because. . . . . .he is a right winger. He says people on the left are fascists. Yet, he is against ANTIFA an anti fascist group. Seems like if he thought people on the left were fascists he would be in favor of ANTIFA. He is a confused, and contradictory sort.

This is unbelievable. I never thought I'd see the day that Ted Cruz was right about something.

The last recession (I don't think we've seen a "great" one yet, but we will) was the result of using loans to make everybody feel good about the "American Dream" (in the convoluted form where everybody gets a house). So credit reports were set aside so that people making $20K a year could buy a $200K house with a massive balloon that popped years after they were suckered in. Some of the regulations that would have prevented this were dismantled during Clinton's term.

At the same time the corporate world was being rocked by the bipartisan Sarbanes-Oxley act which forced public companies to abide by rules the SEC concocted in an effort to make CEOs liable for certifying the company books. Any irregularities could land them in jail. Something similar is happening in Germany right now and will probably affect the entire EU. The fallout from Sarbanes-Oxley was creeping unemployment numbers that ballooned around 2011.

I think one reason Trump isn't whining openly about what Obama did is because he saw how weak and foolish it made Obama look. That and his world apology tour where he told everyone it was OK to blame the Americans for everything they could think of going back more than a century. I had high hopes for Obama and he simply didn't deliver. I'm not convinced Trump will either, he sure makes a LOT of promises.

Right, but none of that is about policy decisions. And really, the secretary of state had more to do with the growth of ISIS/ISIL than Obama. One policy nobody wants to address (including Trump) is Obama's escalation of drone warfare and all the "collateral" civilian deaths that resulted from it. I often wonder why.

I looked up Arthur Jones, and sure enough, he is a Nazi. Looks like ran unopposed in the primary. Thankfully, I have a hard time seeing this guy win.

So basically freedoms that people have fought for so long will be gone just by the careless swoop of a thoughtless narcissitic hand?

    Sad, very sad.....

They get what they want ...Trump supporters...main thing being overthrowing Roe vs. Wade.....that is why many people said why they voted for Trump.....God forbid someone abort an unwanted fetus.....but it is fine and dandy to kill an endangered elephant and cut off its tail for a photo with an idiot grin.....?
I see......humans can breed like a avirus and kill everything else....including the oceans and so on. Thoughtless.....with no foresight at all.
My views are not popular here, but I don't care.

These things upset me all of the time...but what good does that do besides make me physically sick....

I cannot do anything but vote when the time comes, sign petitions....ect.

People are not going to change their minds.
The country is more divided than ever.......

Trump is their god.....and Trump knows it.

The point is that Bush DID start the war in Iraq and DID fail to prevent the market crash.
Both of those things were disastrous, and trying to undo the damage was the focus of Obama's entire presidency.

So he was supposed to pretend that he started the Iraq war? That he was responsible for the crash?

What exactly are the major crises that Trump has had to deal with since becoming president?
What horrible shitty mess did Obama leave behind?

Both of the past two Democrat presidents have left the economy and America in general in better shape than when they were voted in. W. ruined the relative prosperity with tax breaks, wars, and economic neglect. Trump is going to ruin it with genuinely inexplicable trade wars, provocations and stupidity.

I don't know how anyone could still be oblivious to this pattern.

But he IS whining openly-- and he is doing it a LOT:

Trump blames Obama for inaction over Russia meddling - CNNPolitics
Trump blames Putin, Obama for 'Animal Assad,' tweets 'big price' after reports of Syrian chemical attack - CNNPolitics
Trump Official Blames Obama for His $1 Million Office Redesign
trump blames obama - Bing video

He also blamed the Democrats/Obama for HIS OWN child seizure policy:

Trump Blames His Own Cruel Border Policy on Democrats

You don't know about it because there is just so much shit coming out of his mouth all of the time that most of it just flies past everyone. He is a liar, a coward, a weakling, a spoiled trust fund kid, a sociopath and probably a Russian agent. He is a seriously awful human being-- incapable of restraint or subtlety or class or decency. None of this is in any way a secret.

Basically, if someone accuses Trump of doing something shitty, no matter what it is, there's a very good chance he has done it.

It's very simple for them Hitler was still anti-communist because he fought Stalin. Democrats are communist so it's fine to support a man with pride in his country. They have Jewish friends you know.

People are prone to thinking in the short term, not the long term

They dont see the events leading up to the recession of 2008, they only see that it was a mess when Obama came into office

And they dont see that it was in full recovery and on the upswing when he left office, they only see that it was roaring during Trump's first year of presidency

Likewise whoever inherits Trump's mess will likely shoulder the blame for it

Its sad really, it keeps us stuck in this pattern over and over again

And that's why I don't take you seriously, you're already totally sold on this so your ears are forever plugged. What's the point of discussing anything with you? I see none, so I won't be responding to you any longer. It's not a discussion, it's just a word push.

Trump spent a lot of money trying to make his followers think Obama was born in Kenya...to a Muslim Communist and a treasonous American mother.

The idea that we all need to compromise and recognize the validity of each other's perspectives would only work if you weren't so obviously wrong. I don't know, maybe you need to be weaned off of the delusions... but it's probably a waste of time to attempt to do so.

I just showed you that Trump has blamed Obama/the Democrats for practically everything he has done wrong (while taking credit for an economy that isn't actually his doing)... this after you declared this hadn't happened, and now somehow I am the one with my ears plugged. It makes you more comfortable to say that, I get it... but you're basically asking me to deny reality for the sake of 'fairness', which isn't something I am willing to do.

It isn't my fault that you made the mistake of voting for Trump, it's yours. Stop pretending that anything I could ever say would be able to reverse how invested you are in the horrible decision you made.

I've always been annoyed about this issue. It seems to me that with all the creepy CIA connections the Bush family had, if there was any truth to it they surely would have exposed him. Then too, his mother was an American, so in my opinion there is no case. Sure, she was a pinko, but she was an American pinko and her child was also an American regardless of the father.

Ha, ISIL started back in 199 under Bill Clinton as Jamāʻat al-Tawḥīd wa-al-Jihād. In 2004 it became Tanẓīm Qāʻidat al-Jihād fī Bilād al-Rāfidayn. In 2006 Mujahideen Shura Council and then Mutayibeen Coalition and Islamic State of Iraq.
In 2013 it changed again into the Islamic State of Iraq and Al-Sham (ISIL or ISIS).
Not as simple as you think.

And how about Trumpo? He dropped 9,000 more bombs in one year than Obama did, doubled the troops in Somalia, authorized an indefinite military presence in Syria, and increased troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.
U.S. military deaths have risen for the first time in six years, the Pentagon no longer needs permission to do anything they want and they have almost doubled the amount of attacks in Syria and Iraq.

Under Trump civilian deaths have risen by 215% and injuries by 55% in one year.
But nobody talks about that. I wonder why?
