Of the more than 200 people that Trump has deported including ones to a prison in El Salvador, it's not known if they had been engaging in criminal activity. Trump did it quickly to elude the justice system.

Being a member of a gang doesn't make someone guilty.

Trump saying that he doesn't think Garcia is a good person doesn't make someone guilty, and it isn't a justification for deportation.
